Grounds everywhere!
Nice features and looks nice. However, the coffee grounds always overflow the properly placed and correct-sized coffee filter, making a mess everywhere and getting into our brewed coffee. The coffee does not taste good.

Good coffee - but starting to look bad
I’ve had this coffeemaker for just under a year and I love it. The only issue I am experiencing is the copper laminate is peeling off the handle and the matte black is peeling off the bottom of the carafe.

Makes very good coffee but the carafe is cheap
Purchased the Café Coffee maker several months ago so I pretty much ran through all of the features. It make a very good coffee and I enjoy the Wi-Fi connectivity and also the look of the machine. the one BIG complaint I have it the quality of the carafe. The carafe is light weight and feels cheap when you pick it up. Love the Design and ease of use
So far so good, this coffee maker is by far the nicest one I've ever used. I haven't done any of the wireless programing, I haven't had to. I read the instructions, and boy the buttons are minimalistic but super easy to use. Everyone I show, says how nice it looks and the coffee so far excellent, can't wait to get some better beans.

Stains Terribly!
It’s a beautiful coffee maker to sit on your counter, until multiple uses. I have the white model and it stains terribly! I should have expected this, it is a coffee maker, but in a few short months, the coffee maker, especially the carafe, look disgusting!

Have had this coffeemaker for over a year and it was amazing until it wasn’t. Had a house full of people for Thanksgiving and it was all set up for after-dinner coffee, but all I got was error messages: add H2O, even though it was full of water, and subsequently Err 3. Luckily the nespresso machine was working anf so we made custom coffee drinks for the whole crowd.
