Would Not RecommendA cheap plastic post inside the spool housing that is necessary to ratchet out the string -- this piece broke after only a few uses rendering the tool useless. I will not be buying any more craftsman tools of this type, expect higher quality components based on past experience.

Just Ok
I have had the set for a year the battery does not last enough to do my little yard. Purchased another battery so now I have two and can get it done. However my spool cap just broke and I can’t even find a replacement at the store or online. Very difficult to find the part. Spent over an hour and still worried I’ll order the wrong part and the store doesn’t have it. Disappointed I can’t solve this issue quickly.

Spool Busted
Would Not RecommendSame as everyone else, spool busted after 1 season and let's out endless line. Can't seem to fix it. Prior to that I loved it, worked great. Have a whole family of Craftsman cordless yard tools. This one isn't up to par.

So I charged it again over night and just went out to do some work and I got 9 mins work out of it. This is super disappointing and I feel bad saying anything to the person who gifted it and so now I'm stuck with a useless yard tool and my yard is still not done
