Cut wood with ease and confidence!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, Craftsman does it again! Perfect chainsaw for most cutting jobs. Easy to handle at most any age. as a 74 year old Craftsman buff, I can handle this chainsaw with ease, no gas, no cord, just put in the battery and go!

Great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome little saw, I use it to trim limbs and brush all summer. Very handy instead of using noisy gas saw and very powerful. Also use it to cut dead firewood when camping. Never any issues with it. Keep the chain sharp and it will do most anything you need.

Lil leaky, but Stout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little saw for the homeowner! Power and cuts through limbs and even 6x6 treated posts with ease! Leaks bar oil only reason for only 4 stars. Besides that if you have previous experience with chainsaws as far as adjusting chain and such you'll have no issue. If you're new then read the manual and watch some videos!

First was a dud, but great warranty process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first I got seemed weak and it didn't make sense to me why I felt my reciprocating saw was better at cutting than my chainsaw. I decided to warranty it online stating the weak motor that would often cutout on cuts over 4 inches thick. Warranty process was simple and I had a brand new one (even new included battery and charger which wasn't expected) in less than a week. Clearly the first has a bad motor because this new one sounds much bet...

Hopeful product of mine in future

Great saw!!!

Love this saw! Highly recommend this saw, it is powerful and easy to handle. The battery last longer than I do. Awesome that it's ready to go at a moments notice, never have to worry with pull starting like a gas saw. ln fact I sold my gas saw right after buying this.

Reliable chainsaw

The 12in Chainsaw is awesome!!!. I cut tru tree branches & scrub. It handles great the weight is superb. It doesn't jam gives great clean cuts.

Very good for battery powered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used just once so far. Worked fine and handles great. Not as powerful as my gas powered saw but still effective. Recommend for small to medium jobs. Havn't tried on anything heavy duty yet.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very versatile and easy to use. It handles well and is not to heavy. I used it to section up a small maple tree that fell in my back yard and it kept good steady power through the entire task. I was impressed with how long the battery lasted.

Craftsman tools

Good saw, plenty of power would recommend and will use again. One issue when cutting fallen tree branches and trimming a pine tree, the pine needles jammed up the saw twice. Once had to get the Chain back on. Clearing the debris was easy added some time. Still would inform some one on this prior to buying and make them understand this may occur and they will need to know how to fix this issue

Handy Dandy

Great Chainsaw!

We have many trees at both locations so there’s always branches that need to be taken down. This chainsaw is lightweight, powerful, and gets the job done quickly. Highly recommend!
