The saw cut very well. I was very pleased with it, I used it about 15 minutes and I went to pull the trigger and I heard a very odd click, I thought it sounded like plastic breaking and sure enough inside the safety or trigger mechanism something broke. Not even close! They aren't bad for occasional light use but won't last long if using them regularly and doing larger jobs with them. Want a fresh straight cut?!?

Work great for giving our customers a “straight” cut Plenty of power and cut like a hot knife through butter. So much better than having a gas saw in the middle of a crowd of people. And the cut is slower so chips don’t fly as fly. Highly recommend these saws!!

Good for big or little jobs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small jobs or big jobs the Craftsman Chainsaws work really well. I use a 4 and 5 amp-hour battery and am pleased with the output of the chain saw per charge. Knowing how to cut helps with the output of the saw. I have dropped 20 inch across trees and cut them up with the 12 inch unit. The instant ready and ability to be put right away (no cooling time needed)

Almost perfect
This works great for smaller limbs. The cutters are too small but the big chain saw is too big. Easy to operate, Only disappointment is the carry bag. Too open on both ends. Thank you
