Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the radio and it seems to be an excellent product. For the most part it is self-explanatory. Options of two Weather outputs is great. The options or cranking / batteries / solar / ac adapter make it very versatile. It appears to be well built, and would be useful during power outages or if camping etc without electrical sources.

very cool little unit

Great except 1 thing

It can be charged by micro USB, solar, and crank. It's great for emergencies with the NOAA weather alert and to charge electronic devices with the USB port. I love the old school tuner and volume tuners. The only negative thing is the length of time it takes to charge it. It says 20 hours but I had it on the charger for 2...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been searching for a good winding radio for a while. Not only does it wind but it's also solar. The size is perfect, since I live in the mountains the radio is handy especially during winter. Plan on buying 2 more for each vehicle.

Rechargeable via solar-hand crank & mobile USB, also it’s charges mobile devices too, built-in flashlight, and best of all...up to 32 hours of radio play. More than it looks.

If you think your getting great stereo sounds you will be wasting your time. This does exactly what its advertised to do and all functions worked great. Even brought in radio stations my big radio didnt. Small and durable,dropped it once and it didnt even hurt it. Charged my phone w no problems. Give it a try.

Awesome radio with great features!

The radio dial is easy to use, but is a bit small to be exact (a digital tuner would be much better, but this isn’t one of those radios). The radio does have some great features though. There is a bright LED light and a light that shows when the unit is charging or providing power, and you can charge the unit via solar, hand crank, micro-USB...

good reception, does what it is supposed to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Radio receives more stations then my regular receiver from the same location. Charged an andriod phone by the hand crank, 5 minutes of cranking increased the phone charge 5%. Installed batteries in the radio and it charged the phone 9% in 15 minutes. Solar panels seem to work, because the flashlight worked directly out of the box, with no batteries. Small and weighs only 10 oz, with the batteries installed. Nice emergency radio.

Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little radio, sound quality is good clear sound. Small enough to fit in a bag glove box or another small space for storage. The only thing I'm not fond of is the antenna old pull out metal style afraid of breaking it.

Cool Little Radio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this radio the other day and I have to say I am very impressed. The radio is small (Bigger than a cellphone and depth is a deck of cards) but has a powerful punch. The speaker is clear with good tones.It is operated by batteries, handcrank, solar or plug in. The radio has AM/FM, weather and alert channels along with a flash light and charging port for your phone. Great buy!!

Great Radio

Nice little radio for a prepper

This little radio has several uses and the fact that it's solar makes it even better. Good quality. Hope I won't really "need" it but I'm glad I've got an alternate way to hear the weather/ emergency alerts in my area if the power goes out, etc...

Handy portable radio

I wanted a portable radio that can be used during emergencies. Saw this in the store and decided to buy it as the price was reasonable. Once at home I checked the reception and the built in charger, with both being very good. I like that you can charge portable devices with the radio, but wonder on the battery life when doing so.
