Would Not RecommendI purchased this trimmer Sep 23, 2023 and like other poor reviews it died out on me. I would get it started then once I hit the trigger it would die. Now it doesn’t turn over at all. Same with their leaf blower! I loved craftsman but their craftsmanship seems to be going down hill.

Used 1 time and the line quit coming out automatically. The hub is loose and started melting the housing. Going back to get it swapped out

The box picture is deceiving.
Would Not RecommendIts too heavy and the rotation is counter clockwise. On the box, the string was showing clockwise. Id really like to have something, like this, but a little lighter and rotating clockwise. So if theres something out there, like what i described, please let me know.

Would Not RecommendHorrible experience, great machine but poorly designed and lack of support. It's too heavy and will hurt your back, even with the strap. But main complaint is that they don't sell the spool cap to fit this model. They for force you to buy the whole head, and even that's on back order. Just horrible

Lowes customer service is terrible
Would RecommendThe low rating has nothing to do with the trimmer. The plastic spool cover broke and I was told I could exchange it for a new one. A manager told me I could not and was not helpful in any manner. If a store sells a product, they should help find a replacement part and not be condescending.
