Didn’t like that I had to go to a store NOT in my area. But honestly, that was my fault. I thought I picked the store in my area. But I am glad I bought it.

Great trimmer for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for 3-4 years. No issues. Change the oil, spark plug, and air filter every spring. All of the issues that give this a bad review are unbelievable. It works just fine. I would buy another but when this one dies I’ll move to battery powered blower. It’s all about preventative maintenance and the gasoline use you. Use ethanol free gas when you can find it. I would definitely recommend.

The cunninghead comes off.

Brand new out of the box, worked with it ten fifteen minutes, and the cutting hedge spun off and the parts just went everywhere.

Easy to assemble and start

After two uses, feed head completely trashed.

So far, only one broken part in this first month of use. Lite use at that - lack of rain means grass does not need mowing or weedwacking. Two times out and the feed head is completely destroyed. Wish i had bought something besides CRAFTSMAN.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this String Trimmer everytime my yard gets overgrown. This product works well. I also like the idea of attachments but I haven't bought any yet. This is an awesome product. I prefer this string trimmer over the 2-cycle version. I would recommend this product to anyone. This product also cuts through an inch thick weed with no bogging down.

Read package carefully. Thought it came with Easy Wind as described in video. It came with Quick Wind. Other than that, great product.

This is the only Lawn Equipment I've had to replace. I've gone through two of these in 6 years. Just a homeowner, so nothing too intense. There's no chance I'm going to buy this a third time. I may not need to replace it right now, I'm going to replace some parts, but you're not going to find much of that at Lowe's.

I hate craftsman just because I purchased a weedwraker less than a year ago and it wouldn’t hold oil,I called them and they said to take it to their shop,I did and now they claimed that it has no leak and refused to fix it,DO NOT BUY,their products used to be good,not anymore.

Ask questions won’t buy anything from Lowe’s again

Put gas in it didn’t start took me 4 days to return but denied refund cuz it only has a 48 hour return period

I’m a mechanic and I know how to maintain my equipment. I never abuse my machines. I bought my first WS4200 Craftsman in 2017 after moving into my new house. I got the Craftsman because I could swap out all the attachments. I have the Trimmer, Edger, Tiller, Pole Saw, ect… So after my first one stopped working 3 years later, I got another one. That one stopped working 2 years later. Today my 3rd Craftsman WS4200 lost all compression after just 2 years. I’m done with Craftsman and will be sellin...

Don't buy products unless live close to a store.

Product was damaged right out of box. Told me I had to return to a store which I do not live close to one.
