Would Not RecommendThe head of the edger broke into multiple pieces after only 4 uses. Lowes told me it wasn't their problem and that they won't exchange or refund for the broken product and that it was craftsmans issue and take it up with them. Definitely not buying any power tools from lowes again if they can't stand behind the products they sell.
Piece of crap weedwhacker
This Weedwhacker is a piece of crap and it broke within the first 30 days of owning it so we returned it.

Great except for poor trimmer head design
Like several other reviewers in here, I like the trimmer, engine starts every time, great power, works great especially with the polesaw attachment. But the head flew apart randomly while trimming one day and I lost both eyelets. Now it is much more difficult to use. I don't want to buy a new trimmer head.
Torn rope pull
Would Not RecommendWe purchased this on 8/27/21. Used it once before the end of 2021. Used it once this year. Went to use it again on Memorial Day 2022 and the rope broke. Took it to Lowes store where we bought it on 6/1/22 and was told that there is only a 30 day warranty and that we'd just have to take it to a repair shop to have it fixed. For the money that was spent, you would think it would last longer than 2 times of use.
Upgrade to a metal head instrlead of the plastic

Would Not RecommendPoorly designed and constructed. In adequate and malfunctioning carburetor and starting system. Very difficult to start and keep running from day one. Weak gaskets and primer bulb. Leaking and broken within a year.

Would Not RecommendHave taken apart one too many times to rig the cheaply made plastic inside the pull cord deal. For a few bucks more i should’ve bought me an Echo at least. Overall horrible
