Bought this recently. Used it 3 times. Extremely difficult to to crank each time. The fourth time trying to use , it never crank and now the rope pull came out and and doesn’t rewind. Craftsman is living up ti their below standard reputation for their products. Not the company they used to be. I don’t recommend anyone buying Craftsman products.

Would RecommendLike 50:1 mix. Line reload thru two double holes slightly more complex, but not overwhelming. Tough machine. Can cut wide swath with two strands. Can cut heavier (up to 1/2" dia.) stalks. Easy start. With gas, a hefty machine.
