Would Not RecommendScanner works well but print function is junk. I downloaded the software update as instructed but scanner says I need to use a newer version of update tool. The print function is very important with OBD2 scanners. Very Frustrating!!!

Does not work... period!
Would Not RecommendBought the scanner, went straight home and updated the software with no problems... however, it only works in the vehicle if you use the USB plug. ( It should power up from the OBD2 but doesn't.) So I use the USB plug provided, power it up and go to diagnostic... and it says Entering System but never does.

I brought it home and plugged it into my laptop to see if there was an update. Review the following screen-shots for what I saw. After changing the defective USB that came with the unit, poof! all problems vanished.
