Not Connecting to some vehicles
Would Not RecommendI have tried this on several cars. Most have worked so far. I finally got the software updater to work, but there are never any updates. I was hoping an update would fix the problem I have with it not connecting to a GMC Suburban and a Chrysler Town and County.

Would RecommendThis isn’t a $800 scan tool. But for the 10th of the price get a lot out of it. It tells you the faults codes and what can cause it. When your done with your fix you can clear them. You can look at a tons of live data and history of the engine. Anything from bank trim, coolant temperatures, engine RPM, throttle position, and much more. Built well but software does not work.
Got this to use for future maintenence. I checked it on my 2009 Tacoma which I know has codes for the TPMS and ABS system active and it didn't pick up on any of them. I figured the software update would fix that, however when I go to use the update tool, it says the device serial number doesn't exist, and so it doesn't update. Will return unless the software issue is fixed. TLDR: IT DOESN'T READ CODES.

Unable to get update on the reader. Downloaded the software but it would not allow the update. Always purchased and trusted craftsman. Unfortunately this was a huge disappointment.
