Accurate and excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this OBD2 code reader/Craftsman. I love this code reader cause it does just what it says. I was having trouble with my emissions system and hooked this up and it gave me the answer to my problem quick. Made it very easy for me to pin point the issues and got it fixed very easily too. Great tool! Love it and highly recommend this.

Emergency gadget

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This automotive obd2 reader came in handy this week when my car didn’t start. It did give me a generic code that basically it doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. But it did help me with process of elimination because if it was the starter like I thought that code did not come up. Its great to have to eliminate going to autozone for them to use their reader.

There are a lot of buttons and things to use and have not familiarized with it all yet. I do like the Craftsman code reader. Easy to use and hook up.

Seems great. i used to have a much older scan tool. however. i am getting a strange Popup when trying to upgrade software. anyone seen this?

Live data feature is awesome

I would recommend this tool to any mechanic. I really like the clearing codes feature that helps clear codes to find problems and if they still exist

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single woman the OBD2 CODE READER really comes in handy. The check engine light in my truck kept coming on and mechanics would tell me something different every time I took it in to get checked. After spending money hand over fist to "fix" the problem the light would still come on. After getting this code reader I was able to take my truck in and tell them that I only needed an O2 sensor replaced! Guess who was right?!

User friendly

Simple to use, start the car, plug the decide into obd2 port, click diagnose and wait about a minute for diagnosis to finish.

He just had to show me, so I had to take pictures. He has used it on all of our vehicles. So far all of our vehicles none have thrown a code. Super excited over that one. He said he would definitely tell his co workers about this OBD2 Code Reader by craftsman. So craftsman keep up the good work. This mechanic is impressed.

Reads the codes so you will know what is wrong with your vehicle.Mechanics can charge alot of Money for repairs trying to figure out the problem. Very easy to use it won't fix the car but connects to the computer to read the codes. Great investment, Saves money.

Awesome features
