Running less in three hours putting only 25% of power on the generator putting only 25% of power on the generator started it up and about 10 seconds later I saw a fly started it up and about 10 seconds I saw a spark on the generator it's self it will still run but you were not create any electricity

Not a happy camper

We were hit with Hurricane Harvey & were under mandatory evacuation. They day prior to our return trip home, we traveled over 2 hours to the nearest Lowes in San Antonio from where we were staying. I purchased 2 generators one for my home & one for my mothers. Upon return we situated the generator for our home and it seemed like this was the solution to our problems. Restored power during Hurricane Harvey

Just bought this on 08/29/17 with special thanks to Hurricane Harvey. This generator is on 24/7 or until power is restored and is a workhorse. Currently, I have my refrigerator, 3 portable a/c units,7 fans, 1 washing machine, 1 cpap machine, 3 phone chargers, 1 tv, 1 ps4,and electric cooler and the generator is a 78% capacity. My option this is a great product to unfortunately have to buy.

Strong generator

Bought this in February when we had bad storm. It starts up on the first pull, runs smoothly and lets you know how much power you are using and how much you have available, a great piece of equipment every home owner needs

Good little generator

Picked one up before the last big hurricane. Not a bad little generator. The Briggs motor is solid and it starts super easy. Recommend running with petcock off when done to keep the carb clean, and if not used often adding a good fuel stabilizer.

Matthew life saver

We bought this generator during hurricane Matthew and it worked really well. It powered my hot water,freezers,refrigerator TV. I really liked t ease of operation and the digital gauge that shows the load. Good generator for the price.

Great generator

Bought this generator the day before Matthew hit us. Put it together and sure enough lost power the next AM. Since I didn't have time to wire into the house I ran extension cords. Unit fired up first pull. As the storm raged out side we were comfy inside. watching netflix. Ran TV and internet, Fridge,freezer,lights,cpap and other medical equipment. As I remember don't think we went over 25% power the whole time!!

Last second purchase

I bought this generator on a whim & by luck. It was right in the aftermath of hurricane Mathew and was in Lowes for a few little odds and ends and sucking up some free A/C since the power had been out at the house for 24 hours (already)... Life saver

Was able to get this unit from Lowes. It did such a fantastic job I could have powered almost everything I had in the house. I cannot say enough good things about this unit. It came with the wheel kit and a major extension cord to plug four items directly and still had extra plugs we could use. It is a powerhouse with all we plugged in we were only at 20% of what it could produce. It is an awesome machine.

Saved us from Matthew

Bought this because the power was projected to be out for a week. It worked fine for powering our 2 refrigerators, freezer, television and other electric things in our home. My neighbor connected his refrigerator and freezer as well. This thing worked without a problem. We now have power back and I'm very happy for that. We now have a generator for the next time.

Not worth a quarter of the price

Bought this unit in response to hurricane Mayhew at a total cost of $850. Followed all assembly and preportions as stated in manual. Once on line I found that this is a unreliable gas hog! Ran out of gas at 6.8 hours, refueled and started and the LCD display says check oil level every 8 hours, which gave me 1.2 hours run time before oil check. Emergency generator

The generator is great although try to find a 4.prong male plug to fit the generator. It would have been great if we could have found the correct plug. Nobody in over one hundred miles has one. Too bad for us.

Generator failure

Bought this unit because of its good reviews. Brought it home, unpacked it, put it together, check oil, put fuel in it and started right up. I was very impressed with it. I decided to do my 5 hour break in on it. That way when i needed it id be able to run it for 50 hours until the oil was ready to change again. At 1.9 hours the rear oil seal was leaking.
