Great except for one minor problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is difficult to read the lettering on the large buttons on each side. Would be much easier if they were brighter colors

Disappointing

First I have to say Bosch support was great. I am very dissappointed in the quality of the Bosch microwave. This unit was part of the built in oven and expensive. Our unit failed 12 months after purchase. The main component failed. Most microwaves last years. I would not recommend purchasing the Bosch microwave.

Microwave Oven Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bosch built in microwave oven. This is the first Bosch microwave that I have owned and it is the best! It is so quiet, large capacity and has wonderful features. We built a new home and I am so glad the builder only uses Bosch appliances in the homes he builds! I highly recommend a Bosch built in microwave oven!

Nice quiet Microwave

Great oven but ...

Nice features but wish it came in black stainless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it for a month but it seems to be a nice microwave. Very quiet and I like that it only has a simple beep when its done. I've had other microwave's that continue to beep until you open the door. The only complaint I have is that its does not come in a black stainless to match the other appliances and it has an huge ugly white logo on the front which sticks out like an eye sore on a black appliance. Unreadable screen and then Broke

The screen on this microwave started out very dim and then became basically unreadable. We would have to cup our hands to look at it or shine a flashlight in order to actually read it. Then after 2 years it broke completely. We replaced the fuse, but it burned out when we plugged it in again. Overall, very disappointed with this product.

Built In Mocrowave oven

The control panel is awful...hard to see, letters and numbers are too small and there is virtually no backlighting to help see the letters and numbers, otherwise a good unit

Power saver on kitchen timer

I love evertyhing about my new micro wave oven except the energy power saver on the clock an kitchen timer. The display goes dim after 30 minutes even if you are using the timer and it does not light up when you try and set it. Every time I use the kitchen timer I have to hit the settings button first to light up the display and then the clear botton just to set the time and heaven forbid setting the timer for more than 30 min it still goes dark even when its still running. I have gone into set...

Every two - three months we have to replace the wave plate on top inside. It is 2-3 years old built 2016. Looking to replace it with another brand. Expensive lesson.

Not a fan. The door should open to the left not down. It is very hard to get inside to clean or even put or get things out because of the way the door opens. Also I don't understand when I cook something that is frozen why it steams up inside. I have owned several microwaves and none have ever done this. I would not be interested in buying another Bosch appliance.

Sleek and functional
