Best warm up of leftovers ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cook for the week of work and do eat a lot of leftovers. I use the sensor reheat and my food comes out cooked through and at a great temperature. It is so easy to use--just press the reheat and start.

Bosch 500 series

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home in Seattle came with this Bosch microwave and we have found it to be another top quality Bosch appliance. I would recommend it to anyone looking at a similar product. Having previously owed Bosch appliances I expected a great product. Expectations delivered.

3.5 years old only owned it for 3 and I can't use it! Sparking almost to flames when certain food items are cooked. No no metal is near. Popcorn, hot dogs are just a couple of items. You never know when you place something inside what is going to happen. It's a wait and see. Afraid it will catch on fire! Extremely disappointed.

So far disappointed!

Purchased this microwave sight unseen. Recently installed along with matching oven and 800 series refrigerator and cooktop. From day one dim display on microwave/ light in display completely went out. Contacted Bosch, display panel replaced and light is still dim in comparison with oven. Waiting to see if it lasts.... also super disappointed with the opening of microwave, difficult to reach into and definitely more difficult to clean inside. If problem continues will look into getting a replacem...

Attractive and Functional

picking a nit! really it's the only thing i hate!

The clock, really that's it, the clock of all things. It has been set to dim after a few seconds/minutes to a level so low that it is unreadable. we have changed the clock brightness setting to max but it still auto dims and i know i can just swivel my head and look at anoth...

Display panel issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed this product. Looks great, have other Bosch products ( which I love)... very dim/ no light on in display panel . Awaiting a service call... ugh! Hope to fix this problem ( apparently I'm not alone!). A bit disappointed.

Microwave Oven

I wish the oven game in black stainless to match my other appliances but it still looks great with them.

Outstanding microwave

Bosch Microwave Review

I am very happy with my Bosch Microwave. Wish the clock would stay on constantly, but there may be a setting to keep it bright that I'm not aware of. My builder installed it too close to my frige, so the frige needs to be closed to open the Microwave, but all else is great!

Disappointed

When we built our home 2 1/2 years ago we chose Bosch appliances for our kitchen because it was a higher end brand and had high hopes for its performance. Unfortunately just after 2 1/2 years the hinges on this built in microwave convection oven broke and the warranty is only good for one year. Also it is extremely difficult to clean because of the heating element at the top of the oven. I wish it was removable because food splatters get stuck up there and it is extremely difficult to clean in b...

Would Not Buy Again

After 19 months of use the microwave broke. This is 7 months outside the warranty. The cost of service and repair was estimated to be almost half the cost of a new microwave. For the cost of this product, it should work for more than 19 months. Very disappointed.

Not as expected

We recently had this model installed and already had to call for service because of the dim lights on the control panel. That's when I learned that the dim lights are a factory setting and can't be changed. The same is true of the chimes that you can barely hear when the timer is complete. Had I known of these problems I would not have purchased this microwave. Also, food takes longer to heat than in our countertop model that was also 950 watts.

Microwave Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave unit works wonderfully. The only tiny grip I have is the fact I cannot get the clock to stay on bright...so if I glance at it I cannot tell what time it is. I reset it but it only stays on for a bit of time and goes dull again.

Purchased 5/28/18, but received in July 2018 due to Bosch delay. It stopped heating in June 2019, called Bosch and they told me it was off warranty.

Hi tech at its finest
