Looks nice but does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The appliance does not turn on. I thought Bosch is a good brand but it is very disappointed. I bought it for new kitchen last year and after installation this year it does not turn on. The service is expensive.

Pull down door is a nightmare

We purchased all Bosch appliances for our new construction. The nightmare has been with this microwave! I am 5'9, and I avoid using this almost daily. It is impossible to get any liquid out without scalding yourself. Whoever thought that the pull down door was a good option obviously does not use the microwave often. I have to use a step stool to be able to clean the microwave. For the love of safety, Bosch do better and mention this in the installment guide. No I am left with either a microwave...

Wall Micro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bosch Wall Microwave oven. I love the space. Really thought out well. The only thing I do not love is this stainless is not smudgeproof. Its hard to clean and make look nice.

noisy door

It works good . However, I had to call for repair. Door makes awful noise when its opened or closed. Awaiting new door.

Worst Microwave

This is the worst mircowave I have ever owned. Every few months something breaks on this thing. First was the magnetron, then it was the door switch, then it was the tray motor. I will not be fixing the tray motor and instead will be looking at something other than bosch to replace this pile. Good luck all.

Door Switches went Bad

We purchases the bosch micro about 3 years ago. One of the microwave door switches (there are 3) went bad, and this resulted in tripping the breaker. We ordered Bosch replacement parts (switch group; part number: 12038730) and replaced all 3 switches. One of the Bosch replacement switches was defective, resulting in our microwave not heating; although it would not trip the breaker. Enough with Bosch!!! I would recommend getting a reliable brand.

Simple and sleek Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my appliances are Bosch for it's quality and appearance. This oven is no exception. It fits nicely with my stainless collection.

Built In Microwave

Clock does not stay on all the time. The visual display is to small. The finish beeps that are on high is barely heard. The door stays at slight angle when open. If I know this before my purchase i would have looked at other options.

Wonderful Microwave

Not worth the price tag

We bought this oven 2.5 years ago and have been using it occasionally to heat up food, following the instructions. Unfortunately, the mica sheet burnt out a few days ago, and we were informed that it's not repairable. Having to replace the entire unit after 2.5 years is very frustrating and makes this product not worth the price tag.

Easy Installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the oven works well but we are so disappointed that there is no longer a clock visible when the oven is not in use. This is a replacement oven and we so miss the clock no longer on the oven!

Great microwave with longevity issues

Awesome cooking and sensor cooks. Easy interface. Solid and premium feel. Bright and readable panel. The magnetron lasted about 2.5 years with the cardboard/mylar cover and was expensive to replace.

Bosch Microwave has been great

In addition to its clean and streamline look, this microwave out performs any other I've owned before. I love the extra features. I would recommend this microwave to everyone I know.
