chipped paint material

This was a sturdy pan. But it was sold once before and bought back to store and put back on self. i did not know this til i got home and opened. only to see a couple of deep chipped paint material missing. the quality was excellent . someone did this while trying to install or the store miss handled the pan while stocking. Bad part, only one left in stock and needed today.

The walk-in shower that we purchased was bent at the lips of the walk in shower and cracked some of the paint off of the device. so as far as I’m concerned, it was damaged goods, but I had to use it because I needed to finish the job and had to find a way to conceal the damage, so you get two thumbs down. And you won’t even let me add pictures to show you the damage because I tried for about an hour and it won’t let me upload any photos. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

The first one I bought was damaged so I boxed it back up and returned to the store. The only other one they had also was damaged.

Drain disaster

This thing is terrible! The drain is all wrong. I think it's made for a tiled shower. Does not work with this shower pan. And the company's install videos show a completely different look than what comes in the box. Called help line and they are clueless, and tell me that's the way it's supposed to be. Well sorry, it is not supposed to be like this and they refuse to listen to the problem. seems like they were reading from scripted notebook. And I see on here I am not the only one with same pro...

Very poor install requirement for drain hook-up

Finish is great but drain hookup is very poor design

Square drain does not fit flush.

Easy enough install. However, the square drain does not sit flush at the bottom of the shower. Poor design.

Came with chips

Had a professional install the first one. Got in a huge fight cause it was chipped on the edge that you enter the shower in. Removed it myself bought another and as soon as I pulled it out of the box a large chunk of porcelain flaked off. They have a manufacturing issue for sure.

Arguing employees

It took me 45 minutes to get my order due to employees arguing with each other as to who's job it was to pull my order. Then after all that, no one would offer to help me load it. Very unprofessional behavior for a place of business. My business runs as the customer is always right and the customer is my boss. You and your employees may want to try that sometime.

I have had this product for 2 years now and have fought it the entire time. The only problem I have with it is the curb is sloped the wrong way which causes water pool and leak under door. I also have the bathtub version and the curb is sloped wrong on it as well
