Porcelain veneer easily chipped

We opened the box and the porcelain veneer is chipped in three places. The material is brittle, so this is always a possibility. Hopefully the tile will cover these areas. Otherwise looks like a good product.

The liner sees to be decent quality for the price.

Well made and easy to manage for my diy shower renovation. Finish is a little slippery and had to put in some nonslip decals but I wanted steel versus fiberglass so I knew this going in.

This is a very sturdy, well made shower base!

Drain design is horrible

I’ve been installing these for many years never have I run across one that you can’t put a brass drain onto and have the snap and screen fit. Also I’ve never seen a drain that has raised ridges on it. No other drain will fit it and if you try to find any screen to fit it, nothing fits. They supply a PVC drain anybody doing plumbing knows use brass so I bought a brass drain and installed it but guess what?no screen will fit it who uses PVC that cracks especially one without a nut to tighten it. False information

Under the overview, it states that this includes the chrome square grid and drain included. The box that the base came in states chrome square grid and drain included. Guess what - neither were in the box! Called Lowes three times, due to be hung up on the first two and was told this model doesn't come with these pieces. Do not understand why I was told that when overview and box states that they do! Very disappointed with Lowe's on this one.

Missing parts

Drain kit missing although says included. Having a hard time finding replacement parts. Also the black drain grid is out of stock everywhere

Porcelain chips!

After about 6 mos the porcelain chipped close to the drain. Tried to use appliance chip paint to cover it but now there is rust all around the drain area. Looks so bad but I would have to tear out the entire shower walls and tile to re-do it all. So disappointed!! And this was our guest shower..😔

Needs better instructions and template

Not the best instructions, template wasn't clear. Had to call in help to have it work.

Bad Drain

Drain cover does not fit properly there is a gap. And the shape is wrong. Glad I paid almost $1,000 for the pan and walls just to have the drain look bad. I do not recommend

Check thoroughly

I had to go to multiple stores and go through multiple pans before I found one that was not damaged.

Perfect fit

I was retrofitting where a bathtub was removed. It was a perfect fit (32" x 60"). It took 2 trips to Lowes, as the first one was damaged. I opened the 2nd one at Lowes, even though the Lowes employee was hesitant for me to do that, and it was in good shape. Peace of mind for both of us. Like others say, the drain cover does not fit snug to the opening, however it does work well. I am thinking of possibly sealing around the perimeter to enclose it better, but this may also stop me from bein...

Lowe's online pickup up process needs improving.

Purchased online, wife was at store with customer service associates, item was pulled and left at customer service. When I arrived at the store no one knew where my item was. Come to find out it was wheeled on the cart back to the department. This was after an all morning search & return at another store due to damage. This is not a good customer service experience. Arrived incomplete

"Chrome Square Grid and Drain Included" Except it wasn’t. The day after delivery, I started calling Lowe’s support to explain the issue. They told me a representative would call me back (this was on a Saturday). I waited... and waited. No call ever came. When I called support again, they gave me an email address (which bounced) and a phone number (that led nowhere). In the end, I had to reach out to Maax directly.
