What Customers Are Saying
This tile cutter received mixed reviews. Many found it effective for cutting glass, mosaic, and porcelain tiles, especially for small to medium DIY projects, praising its ease of use and the clean, smooth cuts it produced. However, some struggled to get clean, straight cuts, particularly on thicker or larger tiles. A few reported issues with the cutter breaking or not cleanly snapping tiles. The quality and construction seemed inconsistent, with some considering it a good value while others felt it was poorly made. For more extensive tile work, a wet saw was often recommended as a better option.

Would Not RecommendThe scoring tool is nearly useless, and the breaker might be useful for thin tiles or small tiles, but if you're working on larger tiles with a thickness of 1/4" - 3/8", there's a good chance you'll ruin more tiles than you manage to successfully cut.

does what is expected for the$
Would RecommendGood for diy’s small projects. Saves lots of time and running back and forth to the wet saw for straight cuts. For those who have complaints i suggest you reconsider your statements considering its a lot cheaper than hiring a contractor it will get you through a small job so who cares if you have to spend another $20 on the next project that could cost thousands. Or better yet do it for a living and it will pay for itself!!
Not the best
Would Not RecommendFor the money and what I needed it for it worked ok. You not recommend for precision work.

Snap Cutter
Would RecommendProduct does work but the cutting wheel is not effective. Must score ceramic tiles multiple times in order to snap... Which is fine. However, the blade wheel does not cut on the same line even with the tile locked in place. But it does work.

works well and comes with an extra cut wheel included in the handle

Works great for glass tiles
Would RecommendSo i bought this because i was having many issues cutting glass with my wet tile saw. To my amazement this this worked pretty good! This even worked for helping me cut the larger tiles that were a very cheaply bought tile by one of my customers and actually worked great considering the colder temperature. So im curious can this work for cutting LVP as well i typed in lvp cutter on Lowes app and this is what popped up? So if anyone had tried let me know please and thanks!
great item!
Would RecommendI have a wet saw. First time using glass tiles. I bought this for the job. It was simple to use and worked very well!!

Instructions
Would RecommendI have seen some reviews regarding the use and undesirable results:Broken tiles, no replacement wheels available a Lowes, etc. It seems to me some of them did not read the instructions. I did however, saw some flaws in the instructions. As far as the cutting wheels, the part number is on the troubleshooting page. There's a phone number at the very bottom of the page. As far as the broken tiles, same thing; not reading the instructions. Thickness and type of materials to be cut are there. Complai...

Very easy to use for anybody wanting to do your own projects.
Works, but creates jagged edges
Would RecommendUsed this tile cutter for my subway tile back splash. It was quick to cut, but I'm glad the tiles only cost $0.22 each as it took me a few tries to get a clean break. Also, the edge was not as clean as I would have liked - but perhaps that's because of the $0.22 tiles! The grout covered most of the jagged edge. Also, it has a plastic measuring guide that is pretty darn flimsy and I ended up not using it. In all a decent cutter at a decent price for a DIY job.

Sometimes you get less than you pay for.
Would Not RecommendI was cutting 3/8" ceramic tile. My 24" cutter had a dull wheel and no immediate replacement was available. Ran to Lowe's and ended up getting this. Made two decent cuts (using multiple scoring on each) and then the next two had poor scoring and the tiles shattered. Blades should last more than 2 cuts. Using my wet saw.
Junk poor quality
Would Not RecommendOf course I wasn't expecting a premium cutter, but if it cant cut a straight line on a 12" tile, it shouldn't be offered for sale. Due to the poor design and extra thin gauge metal, you have to apply more pressure to the cutting wheel and then tile cutter bows even more, creating a 1/16-1/8" bow to the center of a 12" and 14" cut. When you press the breaker bar, the tile push dow and the creates sharp undercuts. Just dont waste your money, even if it's for a small one time project. I would hate ...

Great cutter!
Would RecommendIf you need a tile cutter, this is the one. Cuts any size with no issue and if you have ever dealt with tile before, that is quite impressive.
