Very effective, not just for lawns

We have bark around all of our trees/shrub areas and get quite a bit of fungus. This got rid of the problem quickly and easily!

Works Well and Easy to Apply

Works as described. Had something that looks like a spider web in my grass and this product fully treated my grass. That spider web is a fungus that will cause brown spots

Zoysia fungus resolved

First time Zoysia owner. Noticed some spots that looked like they were dry and dying. Initially did not think it was Zoysia brown patch fungus. After several days the spots turned circular and I knew it required more than de-thatching. Found recommendations for this product online, found it at Lowe's and it worked immediately to stop the fungus spread. Will continue to monitor the grass but it appears this product performs as advertised.

we have used the liquid multi times which seems to keep the spots at bay immediately. however we have spray multi times over the summer. we have had so much rain as of late we felt we would try the granules it's only been a mth verdict still out we are hopeful

Good product - for fungus control

Helped to reduce and almost eliminate fungus problem in my yard- 4 bags with 2 rounds of spreading resulted in reversal of dead dry spots in my yard from the spring- yard is recovering and growing again!

Works Well

I had, take all root rot in my yard. It killed three quarters of my yard by the time it was done, over 2 years. It took a while to determine exactly what the fungus was and then I had to find out what to use on it. BioAdvanced is one of the few products that was recommended for this fungus and it did a great job of stopping this destruction.

It does not cover as much as other brands

I used this on the entire lawn at the start of May, as recommended, but am still starting to get a few small brown spots anyhow.

I like to rotate this with another brand during the active growing season (as a preventative). I prefer this type of application (dry spreader setting) vs liquid.

Not strong enough

Not very effective even at a curative rate for mild to moderate grub infestation. Had to reapply Andersons Duocide after noticing turf damage was persisting.

This product works as described.

I purchased this after my lawn started showing signs of some kind of disease. It did what the package said was it stopped any further advance of the disease and it clearly stated that it doesn’t cure damaged areas only areas that haven’t been infected yet which was very true.. the only negative thing about the product that I found was I follow the instructions explicitly and what one bag should’ve covered.
