Good preventative fungal control for lawn

I like to rotate this with another brand during the active growing season (as a preventative). I prefer this type of application (dry spreader setting) vs liquid.

Takes only one application to stop fungus.

Easy to use. Stops lawn fungus after one application. Can be used for spot treatment or the complete lawn.

Not strong enough

Not very effective even at a curative rate for mild to moderate grub infestation. Had to reapply Andersons Duocide after noticing turf damage was persisting.

This product works as described.

I purchased this after my lawn started showing signs of some kind of disease. It did what the package said was it stopped any further advance of the disease and it clearly stated that it doesn’t cure damaged areas only areas that haven’t been infected yet which was very true.. the only negative thing about the product that I found was I follow the instructions explicitly and what one bag should’ve covered. I had to go back and buy a second bag and used two bags for less than 5000 ft.² of coverag...

Works as described to treat large patch and brown patch in Empire Zoysia. Fungal symptoms resolved in roughly 1 week with turn recovery starting immediately. You need to rotate this product with a different product to avoid having yard fungus become immune to the active ingredient. Will continue to use throughout the summer in rotation with different products.

Important when to apply per instructions

Product works well when applied early in the season. May have do more than one application depending upon severity of fungus/lawn disease.

It is proven to work well for south Texas RGV area

I live in the RGV south Texas and have San Agustin grass. It used to be the victim of tremendous fungus infestation every year. I tried several products without success. I finally decided to try BioAdvanced Fungus Control and fortunately found it to be effective. It works best when applied as a preventive measure Two times per year. I have been recommending it to neighbors and friends

Save your money

I believe that this treatment is ineffective in my opinion , due to using this product I believe my grass has now died . I would save your money and look elsewhere

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now. I had issues with fungus developing due to poor drainage issues in the front yard. Since I began using this product without changing the drainage (a lot of $), I’ve managed to keep the fungus at bay.
