Reduces brown patches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in Texas so there isn’t fungus the usual way but rather through overwatering since it’s hot and dry here. After applying it right after received it, I saw my lawn become much better greener with no brown patches. It’s very easy to apply with the bottle. Great product.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fungus control spray works phenomenal and it arrived in very well packaging where it did not leak or nothing could possibly go wrong and it was secured another plastic bag since it is a strong chemical. You do get a very large amount so it is definitely worth the price and I would definitely highly recommend purchasing it to keep the fungus out of your yard, keeping your flowerbeds and grass looking prettier than ever shining in the summer...

Definitely worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had some patches of grass that stick out like a sore thumb. Just a little bit of bio advanced and I can see the color slowly improving. I’ve shown two different patches and it was super easier to apply. There’s so much product I’m not worried about running out any time soon.

It works

I was getting large brown areas on a newly seeded lawn after about 10 weeks (probably from watering in the evening). A week after the first application I raked to remove the dead grass then reapplied on day 14. The brown spots are gone for the most part and the green grass grew back into the brown spots. I’ll give it one more application then I think I’ll be done.
