Follow the instructions and make sure you pretreat

I have had fungus on my lawn the last three years in a row. This product controls it but I found it is much harder to control once it has established itself. Follow the directions and pre-treat your lawn before the fungus appears and you will be fine.

Works as asvertised

The fungus control seemed to work , but for a very short period. It recommend re-treating in only a few weeks. At this price point I would hope for a little longer protection.

it was easy to distribute by hand using a bucket and a large cat litter scoop, the spots i treated are coming back nicely.

Simple to Apply, Hopefully Effective

Simple instructions, simple to apply, and hoping that it works. Applied the first round and instructions say to reapply again every 14 days so the next round will be this weekend. No noticeable change to St. Augustine grass just yet, but I think it's too early and will need to see how everything is looking in a couple of weeks.

Not worth it.

Bought this and put it down. I used the spray method as they outlined. 2-3 weeks later, lawn looks no better than it did. Probably hasn't helped that it has rained every day for 2 weeks. But even if it worked, who wants to keep dragging the hose out and spaying once a month. I'm already paying a lawn service for weed control.

Turf fungus control

I use this granular fungus control in conjunction with another product (different chemicals) to provide a bullet proof protection against lawn fungus. The product is excellent and has been a dependable part of our turf management here in Florida. I also use the hose end sprayer version of this chemical. Both seem to be equally effective. Ease of spreading in problem area. It’s too early to tell if it works only down a week.

Works, but needs to be re-applied often

I applied this product to my lawn when I saw evidence of brown spots in certain areas and identified what believed to be damage from fungus. Application seemed to clear up the problem. My only concern is that it is NOT long lasting. So, package says to reapply (if I remember correctly) monthly. So, that could get expensive.

Did not improve red thread

Bought this the end of April and used the same day on our front yard. Here we are a month later with no improvement even after reapplying.
