Good til its not

DO NOT BUY... The battery does not last that long and they donot offer any battery exchange for this product. Unless you are mechanically incline and electronically savvy this is not for you.. I am lucky enough to know about cell matching and resistive welding to replace the batteries as I did this in a previous life..BUT unless you know what the charging controller voltage is looking for it will be a guessing game.. because its either the cells or the controller that causing the problem. Turns off after 15 seconds

Same issue as mentioned by several people before. We plug into base to charge, it states is fully charged, works for only 15 seconds and then nothing, it turns off.

Great little vacuum

I love this little vacuum. It’s easy to clean, it has a good suction and does a great job. I use mine all the time for small jobs around the house.

Great Handheld Pivot Vac

I have always liked the B and D pivot vac. It has good pickup and is easy to clean and charge.

strong dislike of this vacuum

No matter what i do or how many times i clean and replace the filter on this thing, it sets off my air purifier every time. I hate thinking about all the dust particles i am breathing in while using it. Doesnt actually get into corners well, i have to use my other vacuum to reach any corners. And if you touch it against something in a certain way, the door opens and spills all the debris out onto the floor to be vacuumed up again.

I love my cordless vacuum they sure make them much better than I remember my little handheld looks like a small little lightweight vacuum trust me it comes with a lot of punch for its size. Well made and very convenient I highly recommend this little power house

Good vacuum.....bad charger

Vacuum works well. Good suction and versatility. Smart collection and filter clean. A little less than a year into use the wall charger transformer is dead. I checked the voltage output..0. All connections are good to the charger base. Disappointing. I have had wall chargers that have lasted decades.

Great Vac, Need Help With the Black Flap

This is a great little vac and it's the second one I've purchased. (My husband absconded with the first one.) However, there is a small black "flap" that helps with filtering, and it fell out. How do I reinstall this? I've tried many times and can't seem to do it.

No Battery Replacement Fact HIDDEN

Product is likely closer to 5 stars, BUT... After several years. mine is still functional with no broken parts, but it only functions for about 30 seconds I assume because of depleted battery. I would be OK with that IF I could replace the battery. There is no battery available and apparently it is designed to be thrown away when the battery runs down. Charger/battery dead. Weak suction.

I have had this vacuum for a couple of years but haven’t used it frequently enough for it to break now. It is not charging anymore and fully useless. Before this happened, the suction has gotten weaker for a few months and the motor got louder and and it wasn’t fixed when I cleaned the filter. I had higher expectations from this brand and the product.

Best Vacuum Yet

I’ve owned Black & Decker Dust Busters for years. This one is definitely the best! It has great power to pick up the cat litter that the cats track beyond the mat. I also buzz through the house and up the stairs for fur balls and quick clean-ups.

Love my handheld dustbuster

I LOVE my dustbuster handheld vac! It is a true workhorse. I use it EVERY day in my kitchen and a few other times during the week in my upstairs bathroom. I do wish it were made a little bit stronger. Seems like the plastic parts break more often than they should and it's very hard for me to have to have it replaced and have to wait for a new one or a replacement to come. But, that said, I can't be without it!

Powerful little vacuum

The 20V machine is much nicer than the earlier model I had (and I was happy with that one). The only suggestion is that the extension nozzle retracts too easily whenever it bumps anything on the floor, requiring me to pull it out again quite often. The older model did the same thing but it wasn't quite as sensitive. Nonetheless, this little item is up to the task --- for me, that means mostly cleaning up dog hair all over the house but it's great for cleaning the inside of the car for those hard...
