Battery won’t stay charged.
Would Not RecommendI enjoyed the pivot while it worked. I’ve owned it for 2 months and the battery no longer holds a charge. It’ll run for 30 seconds or so and turns off. If I could replace the battery o would rate the vacuum higher. It’ll run is a bit loud but it got the small jobs around the house done.

Would Not RecommendI have this vacuum and have been using maybe 20 mins alternate week for about 7 months. It was working great. All of a sudden the battery does not hold a charge even for a minute. Also there is no sign of indicator if it is charging or not. Not sure if I have to replace the battery. Borrowed the charger from a friend still does not charge. I have about 9 various B&D products and this is the first one to fail.. plz help

Almost a year and it doesn’t sound good
Would Not RecommendI’ve had this unit for not quite a year and, while its performance is good, the motor sounds like it’s about to go. There’s a strong smell as if it were shorting out or a wire is burning. The unit runs but there’s an intermitent sound as if it were straining. I expected better.

Good suction - EXTREMELY LOUD
This handheld dust buster does a great job cleaning. BUT - it is incredibly loud, it scares both my young children and pets, I've never experienced anything like it. I would recommend the 16V option instead which is slightly less loud. I really regret buying this particular model.

When battery gets weak , you throw it away
Would Not RecommendI give it a 1 because when the battery will no longer hold a charge, you have to throw it away. That’s dumb because it’s good up until that point.

Charger is worthless for me.
Would Not RecommendThe charging station is the only place this vacuum is a dud! The rest of the functions are of BnD quality. But this type of station takes up a lot of counter space or floor space. The vacuum itself is always getting knocked off the base or knocked sideways and therefore is never recharged when I need to use it! I will never buy this type of charger again.
