This is our second vacuum. The first lasted about 4-6 years before the battery petered out. I think the battery performance is excellent for the purpose of this vacuum—specific areas, not a whole room. I use it for spills, like flour, but primarily for vacuuming trim work in our large great room which has baseboard and deep window sills for 17 windows. It gets the whole room with power to spare. Perfect for Cleanups

I have had this little vacuum for about 5 years and it works great. It's super powerful and versatile. It folds up small and fits nicely on its charger base. The 20 volt battery only lasts about 10 minutes so it's made for cleanups and small jobs. I use it for my car too and the battery life is fine. It's easy to empty and easy to disassemble for cleaning the filter. I have bought 2 more of these for gifts and the recipients love them. It's the best little vacuum I have ever owned.

Not for Seniors

The crevice tool, once locked, requires dexterity, hand strength and coordination to slide back into the nozzle. I scraped my thumb putting it back! Poor crevice tool design and poorer instructions (there is NO release button; just three raised stripes.) Removing the lint bin also requires some dexterity with one having to lift a tiny wire stuffed into a crevice. The suction power is nowhere near that of a Dyson (especially for cat hair). Cleans very well

I bought this handheld vacuum because my last one lost its ability to hold a charge. Upon using this new handheld vacuum, I quickly realized the former handheld was not very powerful at all. This new handheld vacuum is a game-changer. I love it! I have a cat and use this to touch up my hardwood floors daily. The only frustration is that the vacuum is just big enough that it doesn't fit in tight spaces. Given what a great job it does at cleaning overall, I can live with that one small frustratio...

Works super well, the only issue is that, since it has a lot of power, it only lasts about 10 minutes before needing recharging.

Works great then dies

It worked great when I first bought it great suction the battery slowly dies and then doesn’t charge at all and there is no way to replace the battery. Waste of money

First Cordless that exceeded all my expectations

It has worked well for me. Good battery life and if you treat it well it will keep on doing the job. Filters are easy to clean and I'm only on my second set after 5+ years
