Hand held Vac

I had one that got stolen for years that got stolen. I really missed it and was so happy to find this one. It's great for cleaning the car and getting into several small spots. Cleaning around kitty litter box, etc. My wife works jigsaw puzzles and there is a lot of 'cardboard dust' in the puzzle box that transfers to the table. It's an easy clean-up with this vac.

Terrible product

Battery cannot be replaced!!! Have to throw the entire product away once battery dies and then buy a new one. Talk about planned obsolescence! And waste!! Also the "pre-filter" on mine cannot be removed and therefore cannot be cleaned properly.

Powerful Little Vac

Bought this for our carpeted stairs. Have since used it for the car and picking up sawdust in the garage. Really powerful; a little heavy.

20-Volt Cordless Handheld Vacuum

Seems to work good. It will take a bit to get use to. The crevice tool is kind of hard to unlock to retract, and the filter is the kind it would work better to use an air compressor to blow clean.

Very convenient.

Powerful, cordless and easy to use. Great for use on the car since you don't have to deal with a cord. Also easy to empty and it stays out of the way when charging.

Replaced an older B&D model with hose.

Powerful, compact, just what we needed. No attachments that clutter storage and can't be found when you need them. Battery is good - we haven't run it to quitting yet.

Works wonderfully

I’ve owned this handheld vac for 3 years now and love it’s features and power. Does a wonderful job and its easy to clean out the dust collector. Also comes apart easily for complete cleaning. Well engineering B&D product.

Small and mighty

This is a very powerful little vacuum, and it’s great that it folds flat for charging. It’s satisfying to use which is great because nobody likes to vacuum.

Not good for small pet messes, arm is too narrow

I got this handheld cordless vaccuum to clean up areas used by my small rabbit ie small pebbles ,straw dust, etc. Everything gets stuck in the shaft of the cleaner, and it is hard to empty. I have to shake out the cup and bits of straw get stuck in the shaft. Therefore I cannot recommend this vaccum cleaner. It is also rather heavy for a small machine.

Hard to find on line manual

There is a link on the product page but it takes you to the main BD site where there is no obvious way to find the on line manual. How about making it more user friendly BD?

Better than I expected

So far so good, about 6 months now. The machine is very powerful and that's what I wanted. Easy to clean. Lots of negative reviews regarding the battery. I don't use it to clean my house. I use it for a few minutes at a time, then put it back in the charging cradle. No issues with the battery so far.
