Failed after a single use
Would Not RecommendI used it the first time on Saturday to clean a room. On Sunday, I went to clean another room, and the cleaner would not spray any fluid. The user manual sucks, but I tried all three troubleshooting steps ... nothing worked. When I went the support.bissell.com to try to get support, I got canned AI messages demanding both photo proof of the device and video evidence of what is broken. If I knew why it wasn't working, I could troubleshoot it. The Bissell support is non-existent.

Amazing value - works really great
I researched a lot of steam cleaners before settling on the TurboClean Pet XL. The other reviews really are accurate - the cleaner works as advertised (which is to say very well), is easy to use and is a great value for the money. I have 5(!) pets in my house and the carpets take a beating. The TurboClean handles cleaning those carpets as well as any Rug Doctor or commercial-grade machine. Very glad I bought it.
