This vacuum is the best thing I got

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have dark floors and 3 kids my floors before use to be very dirty I tried everything but now with this vacuum it's very clean and shining . It's easy to use and it do two jobs on one.... love it

Dissatisfied disappointed customer

Returned from Iraq serving 2 years. I'm opening up birthdays and Xmas and I received this 2 in 1 Vacuum Steamer from " secret Santa " from my church Xmas 2020 and I took it out of it's original packaging to plug it in. Turn on and it leaks!!!! Very upsetting

Works well on my tile floors; nice to have the vacuum feature for small particles while steam cleaning!

Waste of money

I've owned this product for a year. Shortly after I bought it I noticed it was leaking. I've used it several times and it leaks so much it just soaks the floor and the bad. Today I had my husband look at it and he said the tank is busted and it's not replaceable or serviceable. I definitely expect better from this company and a product at this price point.

When using steam vacuum the wheels leave streaks all over the hardwood. Suction power is very weak. Cord is short. Overall unhappy and will become a storage piece since I can't return.

I woyld buy another JUST TO GET A CORDLESS VERSION.

It is my go to daily hard surface cleaner, especially get for someone with limited mobility EXCEPT FOR THE HASSLE FROM THE CORD. It is ALMOST PERFECT!

Cleaning in one step with one machine!

For my house, I would have to sweep and then mop all the time. The mop does not pickup sticky spots and I seem to have them all over the house. I used to go around with a razor scraper to get them up. Now I have this stream vac and I love it! Just have the kids pick up the big things like dog toys, pillows, paper plates (yes!) And bring out the Bissell Symphony. I hope they never get rid of it.

Returning - poor engineering

Come on! There has to be a company out there that can deliver a vac-steam mop that can handle both tasks expertly. I had high hopes when I purchased this, despite some of the reviews, but it's extremely loud, the suction sucks and dispersing steam from a single outlet doesn't cut it and my floors were pretty clean to begin with! Engage working women when designing these products and please develop a tool that we can appreciate.

This is a real time saver

I used it on my laminate and tile floor and it works great

I was sent a used model

I noticed when I opened the package, it had been used. There was left over water in the reservoir. Since it was for my gym in the garage, I still went ahead and tried it out. It worked fine. I don't think it's worth the $$ Also disappointed it was a used model.

Disappointment

Used it in my kitchen as I have puppies that drag mud in from the garden. My tile is a little ridged and this mop does not clean the depressions of the ridged tile, so always looks a little dirty. Then after two months the steam stopped working. I have many Bissell products and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

Unfortunately not what I was expecting. A lot smaller then I thought and works just like an average steamer and vacuum.
