I really wanted to LOVE this product but it fell short

I really wanted to LOVE this product as I waited about 6 months before I could buy it, but sadly it fell short of my expectations. I love that the cloths are very secure when using the mop. I had a cheaper steamer before and the clothes attached by a tiny piece of velcro and always came off within a minute of use. I also love that I don't have to sweep or vacuum first, this really cuts down on time and makes it more enjoyable to use. I have used it for the last 3 weeks in a row (once a week sinc...

Great for pet owners

Bought two for my children. They both tried and love them. They said they even vacuum up clumps of dog hair with ease.

Works on matte finish travertine stone floor

I was skeptical when I purchased this steam mop and vacuum, b ut I have to say it works great. The head of the vacuum is a little big to get into tight places, so I need to figure out another way to clean in the tight places. Otherwise this thing works great and it's easy to use.

I did love it - but slowly degraded quality clean

Throwing it out. Need to find a cleaner that actually steams the floors and cleans.

Makes cleaning easy

I like the Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop, it has made cleaning my hard wood floors easier. Suggestions are to improve steam button selectors, takes my fingernail to push in for it to recognize. A retractable handle for storage would be great.

Perfect solution!

I have two kids that leave a trail of crumbs and a German Shepherd that sheds like crazy. This vacuum mop is so awesome. It's lightweight and glides across the floor picking everything up I need it to and leaving a freshly mopped floor in It's wake. I was so excited I video called my mom and my best friend to show them. It's so easy and quick my husband and I use it every day, especially in the kitchen.

Better Than Expected

Since we started using the Pet Symphony (as we call it), my constant cough has diminished significantly. It's not like we kept a dirty house -- it was vacuumed and mopped regularly -- but the steam factor seems to have helped more than we anticipated. Also, it's so quick and easy to use, we don't hesitate. It's easy to take up and down the stairs, easy to fill and use, easy to put away. I am so happy we bought this. Highly recommended.

Mop is too big and too heavy.

The mop is really too heavy to push and pull. It's hard to get under the bed and around the toilet bowl. I returned before I broke my back, or pulled a muscle.

Pet vacuum

This is a Christmas gift but the online purchase was a great value and arrived quickly!

No no no. Just no.

This machine can't handle the job. We have brand new hard floors, so I really wanted a steam mop and vacuum combo for a good deep clean. After vacuuming the entire first floor with the steam mop function on high, there's somehow almost nothing in the vacuum debris tank. It's like it just scooted the particles around on the floor instead of sucking them up. I've just got piles of dirt in every corner now. In fact, the purple bristles on the bottom of the mop got wet from the steam and all the dir...

I love my Bissell Symphony! I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 3 daughters, and a messy husband. They all track in dirt and shed. The Symphony All-In-One has saved me so much time. It makes my "mama clean", (is what my girls call it) so much easier and faster. And when I just want to spot clean I now just have grab this ONE cleaning tool instead of two or three different things.

Great for hardwood, not so much for tile

The Symphony worked very well on my hardwood floors. My kitchen floors are tile and this wouldn't be my first choice, I would choose something with a brush.There isn't really any way to put extra pressure on the pad so I wasn't able to get certain areas clean (if there is a small bit of cake or food stuck to the floor for instance) and it really doesn't do much on the grout because it is recessed. I think my mop does a better job. The symphony mop pad also doesn't reach to the front of the vacuu...

Short life...waste of money!!

I have only used this steam mop 5-10 times & it no longer works. Vacuum doesn't have good suction either. So disappointed!! It's the last Bissell I'll waste my money on!!

3rd time buying this!

Works great on hard floor surfaces. Picks up dog hair and steamer does not streak!

Very good product.

The setup was easy and I really enjoyed being able to vacuum and steam the floors at the same time. The unit was also easy to use but is a little heavy but not unmanageable. I am quite pleased so far with my purchase.
