Unfortunately not what I was expecting. A lot smaller then I thought and works just like an average steamer and vacuum.

I have found it very handy!!

We have a lot of tile flooring. I use my symphony for pick up during the week and steam clean once a week. My 2 compromises are, it's not cordless and I can't get the sides of the toilets.

I would buy it again, except for the noise.

I like the Vac except for the loud noise that it makes. It sounds like a regular vac except for that I have to wear ear protectors to use it. Seems like at the price it is sold for, the noise could be somehow muted.

Good for quick clean ups, steamer function is weak

Things they got right: easy to assemble right out of box, intuitive/straightforward buttons, stands on its own, cord is plenty long, lightweight, vacuum and steam power is decent for quick clean ups on recent messes, mop pad is easy to attach/detach, water container is easy to fill without messes, vacuum container is easy to empty/clean, heats quickly. It took me a minute to get used to cord placement, but now that I am, I like it being attached low on the base. I rarely run it over, and it does...

Very convenient vacumming and cleaning at the same time

I bought this hoping to kill two birds at one time while cleaning my floors. Prior to this I had a $75 bissell steam cleaner. The first time I used this I was excited and impressed. Excellent Product!

Works perfectly on our tile floors. The steam mop makes our floors look clean and the vacuum picks up the dirt and cat hair. It's a time saver!

Best purchase ever!

i mean it sounds too good to be true...right? But it really works...my husband and I were amazed when we first used it...positive that something wasn't going to work...but surprise surprise...it absolutely vacuums and steams at the same time....we're thrilled!

I recommend for hard surfaced floors

This machine does a great job on hard surfaced floors, which cover most of our house. I never seem to get around to mopping, to this has been a great solution. Easy to run and it sure does clean. I learned to stop and wash out the cover several times as parts of our floor were quite soiled from outdoor traffic. And I sprayed a bit of all purpose cleanser before steaming. WOW! I was so surprised at this machine. The vacuum is strong and didn't choke on the massive amount of dog hair it was sucking in. The steam mop didn't make the dirt being vacuumed wet at all. My floors look fantastic and I know they are sanitized at the same time. I LOVE this thing! Also, just a suggestion but could you please come out with a cordless version?

Love this steam vac

Replaced a prior model after having it for years. This one is amazing. The amount of steam this produces is amazing. The power of the suction of the vacuum is great too. I forgot that I had to clean the tunnel/funnel of the filter (filled w dog hair) and rinse the black filter. That brought the vacuum suction back to life/ just like new. I use it every 5 days and it had made a difference. I wish I could get btwn the wall and toilet to steam clean, but head is too big. It doesn't clean edges so w...

Love it!

I love this! I do not have pets but have children, this picks up all the sand, dirt, and crumbs they leave behind. I love that I can vaccum and mop at the same time. Its so easy to use and gets the job done fast. The steam gets hot and leaves my floors clean. With a crawling baby, I love that I do not have to use chemical to get a good clean. I have been using this daily for about 3 weeks and so far its been amazing!

I would recommend this product.

I use it on my hardwood floors and ceramic tile. I have to say, I am so glad I bought it! It does a fabulous job and is so easy to use! I do wish the cord was a bit longer but not a big deal.

Great for a few uses then leaks just like the first Bissell

This is the second Bissell we tried. I loved the first one while it worked but it didn't last long. It started leaking but I thought it was user error. I followed the directions to the letter for this one and it still leaks until empty after only having it for 6 months. I am so disappointed and cannot understand how it has such high ratings unless people review it early on and just never update their reviews. Love , Love , love this product

So easy to fill the tank. Unit stands up like a vacuum. Can vacuum without steam, can steam without vacuum & do BOTH! The heaviest part of this unit is the cord...haha. The cord is a great long length. My only negative is if you don't use all the water in the tank you have to open the spout and tip the whole machine upside down to dump it. (Only reason for the 4 stars)
