Excellent Floor Sanitizer and Vacuum
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the symphony to replace my Swiffer vacuum and wet cloth. The steam makes the floor so much cleaner and being able to vacuum at the same time saves time. The cloth gets really dirty and not being able to wash it with Clorox makes the cloth look dirty when I know that I ran it through the wash. I tried vinegar on it, but the dirt stains do not come out.

Good but......
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this tool for two or three years. It has worked very well. However, recently the water reservoir has started leaking. If it breaks after only a couple of years, it may not be worth the money.

I love this product!

I typically leave the vacuum on every time I mop to catch any animal fur or kid crumbs. It is by far the easiest floor cleaner I have used AND it works. I have recommended this to quite a few people who have also said they love this product. Thanks Bissell!

The Symphony Pet All in One is an answered prayer!

She has arthritis (as does her mom)and she has accidents where she misses her pads, or can't make it to the pad in a timely fashion. I also foster cats and dogs - who also have accidents. This product is an answered prayer for me. It's so light weight and efficient that I can clean up all the messes and all floors in my house in about 20 minutes whereas before it took an hour or more to clean...

I'm highly impressed with this
Would RecommendI own a small business and residential cleaning company and we have needed something like this for awhile. I already own the crosswave but some clients prefer their hard floors to be steamed and I was having to sweep, vacuum and then steam them so triple the work. Now with this product it's all done at one time and way faster and done well

Swiffer discontinued the disposable pads, now what?
Would RecommendI LOVE this machine. I keep it in the litchen and would steam floors before each time I baked. It is also awesome for a quick clean up before my mother-in-law arrives. However now that Swiffer disco. the disposable mopheads what is an alternative to use? I have looked on internet and have found nothing as compatible.
