Perfect for the one who is never home

I'm not around my apartment often, so this vacuum works perfect. I can set the timer and have it run. This way I don't have to spend the time actually vacuuming. Perfect for an apartment or a house.

Works but some issues

The product works decent. For the cost it's as expected. There are much better ones on the market that are more expensive. I own both. It is obvious it is new and needs some software changes to be more user friendly in the home. PROS - Very easy to clean dust bin.. Designed better than ones that cost 3 times as much. The Bissell is fun to watch as it darts around like a crazed hummingbird. It is fast, super-fast, and the spinning side brushes help to clean dust and pet hair from the corners and baseboards of hard flooring. It vacuums for you! Automatically! works on slate floor!

I was nervous when i bought this vacuum because first of we have slate floors which are not smooth. There are a lot of rough edges on slate. 2nd, it is basically almost black in color. Well, i bought it anyway and i thought to my self i will just return it if it doesnt work. We have 2 huskies who shed a sack of hair a day and it is annoying to come home seeing hair everywhere. SmartClean Robotic Vacuum

Compared to the last robotic vacuum I had (and returned), this one seems much better - although it seems to have trouble finding all the rooms in my house. House is not that big (1850 sf), but robot gets obsessed with one area and will not move along unless I help it out. Great on carpet, confused on hardwood?

This is my first robovac. We moved into a new home with all hardwood except the bedroom, so I thought a robovac would be great. Strangely, the SmartClean works excellently on our carpet but just rolls around in circles on our hardwood! Is there a way to program it so it understands the room? I think the lines between the wood on our hardwood confuse it. Could this be the case? Also... it fell down my stairs. Did I receive a defective model? Please help!!!

A great addition to the robotic vacuum family

OVERALL: I love the fact that I can get the vacuum done while I am at work. I have had this vacuum for just about two weeks and it has been used every day in the house. We have a very large house (3300 sq ft) so we are really pushing the limits of this machine. I love this product

I enjoy coming home to swept floors. I have 2 dogs and one sheds, and we are doing renovations in the house so there is a lot of dust. When I get home I just have to dust the furniture, YES!!!!

Love this vacuum!!!

This vacuum is just what I was looking for to keep my floors dust free! Pros: great suction and power- I have wood floors through out my home and it's able to sweep through my main level without any trouble. It goes over my area rugs like a breeze, without getting stuck on the thick edge! The short height of the vacuum allows it to maneuver under my end tables, benches and beds, so I don't have to constantly move my furniture around to get to the dust that has collected under those hard to reach...

Great vacuum for busy life

i fell in love with this vacuum. I got it as a gift and just amazes me how it's able to clean so good with out me doing a thing. It has enough power to go from my hard floors onto my rug. I'm a busy mom so it's a relief to not have to worry to add one more chore to my plate. I would recommend this vacuum!

I recently picked up this vacuum due to having a busy life schedule. Having a programmable option made it possible for vacuuming to take place daily even when I am not at home. What a great gift

I've never used one of these before, but got one as a gift, so what the heck? We just put new hardwood floors in, which I've also never had, and I was worried about the upkeep of them. The SmartClean does it for me! When I'm off to work, this thing is cleaning up for me. It's great for working mothers.

Excellent Product

I just moved into an apartment with all hardwood floors, this vacuum does an amazing job on them. I work long hours, it's great coming home to a clean place with no extra hassle for me! Definitely recommend this product to anyone but especially to individuals that are always on the go.

Great Vacuum for busy people!

Who has time to vacuum these days? The SmartClean Robotic Vacuum from Bissell, that's who! I highly recommend this vacuum to the on-the-go types, just cut it loose and let your chores disappear. My only regret is not owning one sooner! This product does great on carpet or wood, it picks up all the hair shed from my fiancé. Another great, reliable product from Bissell, well done!

Exceeded my expectations!

I hate sweeping my hardwood floors, but am a neat freak, so this little vacuum was the answer to my prayers! Every night before I go to bed I turn it on and set it to run while we sleep until the battery is low when it then docks itself back onto the charger and charges up for the next night. Only had it a couple of days...so time will tell whether the technology has improved since my Roomba days, of which I had 5 or six models over the years. I won't get into the difference between the two other than to say that there are some major ones, and that reliability is key. Roombas required major investments in replacement parts of all kinds, especially the beater brush and batteries. All of which needed replacing on a random basis. This is the worst vacuum I've ever seen. It won't even pick up the smallest piece of dryed leaves even on turbo. Don't waste your hard earned money on this product.
