This machine has a steam cycle along with its regular water cycle and it cleans much more thoroughly than any smaller carpet cleaner we have had. Works like a charm

I love the steam as it helped lift those stubborn stuck in stains. It holds a lot of water and also holds a lot of the dirty water, so I didn't have to keep stopping to refill and dump. It made cleaning a lot more easy for me especially having 3 kids and a dog. I'm never going back to any other brand! This is my forever carpet cleaner!!!
