We cleaned a couch that we thought was unsalvageable, but this machine did a great job and now have a very nice clean couch.

Would Not RecommendSave your money and avoid this garbage. 1. Steam doesn’t work when using the hose 2. Even with steam it doesn’t clean stains 3. It leaves the carpet soaking wet and barely sucks up 1/3 of the water it uses. 4. When you grab the handle of the dirty tank to empty, the top comes off and dumps the entire thing on the floor

Bissell Revolution Pro
Would RecommendMachine is lightweight easy to use. I’ve had Bissell Pro 2x in the past but the Revolution machine does a better job. I’m not crazy about the cleaning solutions. The Oxy stain and Odor remover did not do the trick. I’m going to clean the same room again and see what happens. Two days after cleaning and I can still smell the urine. Machine was easy to put together and is easy to use. The heating element does help with removing dirt and grime. I’m hoping this next round of cleaning does the trick....

Would Not RecommendThe good. For a consumer grade cleaner, this is built fairly well. Assembly was very simple. The clean tank is easy to use as is the dirty water tank. It does very good picking up pet hair. Maintenance across the board is simple and the pieces come apart easily to allow getting out hair and dirt. The bad Suction.
