It's okay
Wondered if it would remove normal foot traffic soiling. It didn't fully remove it. I could still see traffic path versus never touched carpet areas under say the couch when exposing the carpet. Other normal spots were removed and overall I'm sure the carpet is cleaner. Debated on returning it but will keep it for normal freshening up and if someone needs to borrow it.

Would RecommendI just finished setting up my machine everything seems to be working fine. I haven’t tested it yet but I noticed the brush belt is exposed under the unit. I will add a second review once I test it out but I would appreciate if bissell could update the design to fully enclose the belt as they have done in their previous models.
