I like that it has different cleaning modes depending on how dirty the area is. It worked really well on pet stains and dried fast—about 30 minutes for me. It's pretty simple to use and it does an awesome job of removing messes made by pets. The steam function really does a deep cleaning and this works like a commercial-grade cleaner but in a household appliance. It is a little heavy, but that is fine and to be expected with cleaners that are this powerful. I would highly recommend this cleaner.
