I love my Cross wave but also used the steam mop after crosswaving my floors and it still brought up some dirt. We have 3 fur kids and this will definitely be my new best friend. I love all my Bissell products. 2 Crosswaves, Bissell Spot Bot, and now the steam mop. LOVE THEM ALL!

I LOVE the scented discs. What I don't understand is how no one at Bissell seemed to even test out the attachments! The notch they attach with continuously releases which defeats the purpose of cleaning with the attachments. You have to constantly click them back on. Fill tank plug leaks
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this just over a year. It worked pretty good at first. However the plug for the water fill is of poor design. I now have to use duct tape to keep the seal or it just leaks water all over. It will not stay sealed without it. Disappointing from Bissell my one from before lasted 10 years.

This is the first time I've purchased a model with the "lift-off" feature and what a game changer!! I took it outside to steam clean my windows after a long winter, took it in the shower to steam the grout and used on my kitchen counters to sterilize and shine! Love this machine!!

Did a great job and so easy to use
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use it to clean LVT floor which is 4 years old. Dramatic improvement in the appearance of the floor with just one use of this steam mop. The floor looks brand new! The mop was easy to use and in 15 minutes had all floors cleaned.

3 Bissell's in a row were failures!

Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this mop less than 3 months ago and it's already broken!! It just dumps the water put in. Have only used the Bissell water for the mop and followed directions carefully. Don't waste your money!!!
