Smokes. Immediately out of the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am furious. I just took this out of the box and I have to fix the belt because it's immediately smoking??? I will never be buying a Bissell product again and I will for sure spread the word. How can you continue to sell some thing that is so faulty it's the very first thing that pops up for troubleshooting?? And the "trouble" is that my vacuum is on fire.

Best vacuum for pet hair removal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a golden retriever who sheds a great deal everyday. It is easy for the hair to become imbedded in my oriental rug. The Pet Hair Eraser turbo vacuum does the job effortlessly.

Great Product

Hair gets trapped in the brush compartment

With a quick push of a button on the canister the dirt and hair is gone right in the garbage can. But....... The problem we are having is the hair gets trapped inside the brush compartment. Good for nothing

I thought over time I would get used to it, but I haven't. They would not let me ship it back 2 years ago, because I had the nerve to use it. You can't even use the want because the hose is so stiff, it won't expand. You have to carry and lift the whole machine to use the attachments. Every time I have to use it, I just hate ...

Cleaned well while it worked

This vacuum is wonderful because it has the best suction of any vacuum I have ever used. If you need a vacuum that picks up the dirt and fur, this is the one for you. It is easy to assemble, easy to use, and it's easy to dispose of the dirt. Plus, it has great accessories that aid in the fight against pet hair. I highly recommend this vacuum.

horrible suction

Brand new out of the box, put my hand at the end of the hose and its barely any suction. It does pick up surface but the attachments are useless and any deep cleaning is imposssible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not recommend, no where near in quality as my old Bissell. Definitely not lightweight and had to make several passes to halfway clean one bedroom. Didn't even attempt to do any other room, very disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this vacuum to my worst enemy.

This product is great for pet owners.
