Exceeds expectations

I just used the turbo brush, reg brush and crevice tool on a chair I've had for six years. I've tried to have a chair cover for the pet hair but we all know how that works. I spent about an hour "detailing" chair. It looks almost brand new. I've never been so impressed by a product. I've also never posted a product review either. Bissell got it right. Thank You...

So I wanted a lightweight vacuum with a great brush roller and powerful suction. This Bissell does the job. It's about 14 pounds compared to my 25-pound Miele Twist. Good product for reasonable price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to work well. It's lighter in weight compared to our previous Dyson, so it's easier to move around. However, it does not do well with getting edges/corners of the room/furniture.

Terrific

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent vacuum. My dog sheds a lot and most vacuum cleaners have done a mediocre job collecting my dog's fur. I was amazed by the BISSELL Pet Hair Eraser's ability to pick up fur and a tremendous amount of dirt. Hooray! I've finally found a terrific vacuum cleaner!

I literally vacuumed the WHOLE house after unboxing it. AND I will do it again tomorrow just because I can!!! Bissell...whoever worked on this model needs a raise YESTERDAY!!

Brush Cover difficult to remove / brushroll clogs a lot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish the brush roll cover was easier to remove than getting tools out and removing 10 screws every time. The brush cover is constantly clogged with dog hair - I have to take the cover off every 4-5 uses to declog it. I've always bought Bissell because they are local, but will not be taking the risk again.

I would buy this product again.

Doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried numerous times and gone over all the settings and have come to the conclusion that this vacuum sucks in a bad way. My fiancé bought it for me because our Shark vacuum is older. Big waste of money. It just doesn't suck anything up especially on tile. I told him never to buy a bissell again. When you go around the walls it doesn't pick anything up. I'm just very disappointed that they would even sell something like this.

Hose is just terrible!!!!

Doesn't do well at all on bare floors, works great on carpet, though! Great suction power. I keep pondering keeping it , even with the missing accessories, because my old vacuum cleaner accessories worked well with it, but with the defective hose/handle issue, there's just no work around. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum so much! I gave mine to a friend in need. I then bought a pet rewind one & enjoyed it, as well. BUT I missed this one so much I just bought another!!! I use on rooms with carpet, rooms with hardwood AND it is the only vacuum I have ever been able to use on throw rugs without the machine sucking them in. I just raise the height for thin throw rugs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM!!!

On hard wood it kicks back dirt at you. Doesnt pick up dog fur. Doesnt leave nice brush marks on the rug. Small dirt container. I want a refund.
