Waste of Money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vaccum after much research and was very disappointed. If I could return it I would. I have a house full of animals and this vaccum does not pick up on hardwood floors. Does so so on carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 6 dogs...all shedding short and longhair...and 3 cats. I am nuts, yes. All but one are rescues. Big and small. All come indoors. Cats are strictly indoors. I LOVE THIS VACUUM! I had the shark before. Spose to be for animals. Hair always tangled in roller and clogs. 4 yrs later just not sucking well i felt. So researched and got this. O M G! What i got up from carpet blew me away. Vey very happy consumer! I hope it keeps it up!

Happy with performance 1st month, expect couple good years

Bought the Bissel pet hair eraser turbo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum does well in the battle agains our 3 cats and a single Great Pyrenees. The dumping of the tank is simple and works well. Where this tool falls short is that the head was designed for a short haired chihuahua. the build up on hair on the head brushes requires you to prop the head up in your lap and pull out the buildup with your hands. Removing 10 Phillips head screws to clean this out is a non starter. We have a Shark turbo blaster ...

Not so great as a "Pet Hair Eraser"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum has zero edge cleaning, be prepared to use the crevice tool around the edges of your entire carpeted areas. Also, I went over a small piece of pine cat litter four times and this vacuum would not pick it up. If I have to pick up this material with my hands and throw it away, this vacuum is useless to me.

Needs a design change

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given 5 stars but the hair builds up and knocks the belt off. It's not easy to remove the hair because there is a plate screwed on. If they would make it clip in you could keep the area free of hair.

Best bang for your buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two large dogs and one sheds DAILY! This has been the only vacuum that can keep up with them. Easy to use and has fantastic suction! I have recommend this vacuum to family members and friends. GREAT JOB Bissell! Please note I have owned Orecks and a Hoover this machine has them beat hands down.

Can't live without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to find out where the head engineer at Bissell went to college so that I can avoid sending my children to that college. Because whoever designed this vacuum probably doesn't know anything about vacuum technology. This might be the worst vacuum cleaner I've ever used. From day 1 it was already losing suction. It's also falls over whenever you use the hand held devices. It's a garbage unit from a. Garbage company built by incompetent...

Would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Doesn't work well on tile floors,far as dirt. On my rugs must put on turbo to pick up hair or it just pules the dog hair up. It doesn't blow the dog hair around,like my shark did. I purchased this one because of the ratings with Good House Keeping.

Amazing pick up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I foster cats and this vacuum picks up tons of hair and dirt. Tippy when I use the hose, so I switch to my Zing which is a dandy little vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best vacuum if you have any pets! We have 2 dogs and this Pet Hair Eraser Turbo Plus Vacuum works great!! Better than any other vacuum we've had through the years! I highly recommend it!! Even if you don't have pets, this is great - it's very easy to clean and empty when you're done!

Love my Bissell!
