Waste of money

The vacuum to get if you have pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Solid - hope it lasts for a very long time. It is light weight, yet powerful. I especially like how easy it is to connect the accessory tools. Also, no buying a bunch of expensive bags, just empty the canister! The Turbo connector did a great job on the cat stand. (I did have a bit of issue putting it together, but the video saved the day.)

Not meant for golden retrievers

We are always taking it apart to clean and assess problems. I can't make it through a single vacuum without something going wrong. Like someone else said, you have to go over the same spot multiple times for it to actually work, and on hardwood it will scatter a portion of the mess around the room. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works great on our hardwood floors. I like how the machine maneuvers into tight places. It is easy to maintain this machine. Releasing the handle takes a little getting used to. The handle release is configured a little differently. Overall I really like how this machine performs.

This product is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's 2022, why can't we have a vacuum that works both on carpet and on tile/hard floors? On carpet you need to go over things 5-8 times to pick up simple debris. On tile/hard floors it simply spreads the debris and nothing seems to go into the actual canister. My regret buying this vacuum is only eclipsed by my regret thinking US elections were safe, secure, and honest.

Too many annoying issues for the money spent

I bought the cord-rewind version of this vacuum last year. It looks like Bissell discontinued that "feature" for this model and probably for a good reason. I bought that vacuum because my gf wanted the retractable cord. I wish i hadn't. It is always getting underfoot (you can hook it to the handle area, but if you use the wand then you have to take it off the hook each time). And, that is another problem. The hose constantly disconnects itself from the handle. Very poor "locking" design. A...

GREAT Machine
