This is a horrible vacuum! Doesn't have the suction power to handle hardwood floors

Solid with concerns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs quieter than the vacuum being replaced. Solid cleaning power. However, I am concerned about the build quality as this is a lightweight unit made almost entirely of plastic and the last Bissell I owned broke in two in the lightweight plastic part (the handle snapped in two). I hope nothing happens with this one or there are replacement parts available in the future. #sweepstakes

Best for dog hair!

Great for pet hair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With three dogs, dog fur has been our biggest challenge. When we got our Bissell I used it in a room that I thought wasn't too bad because it had already been brushed with a carpet broom and vacuumed. The amount of dust and dog fur it picked was incredible. It works great on carpet and bare floors and is easy to operate and clean and handles well for its size. #sweepstakes

Hose is short causing vacuum tip over.

I purchased this vacuum and used it once before shipping it back. (Explained in Cons:) Pros: Powerful. Multi-floor cleaning. auto adjusting height. Switch to turn roller off for hardwood flooring. Effective lights. Tangle free roller. Cons: In the specifications it claims the hose is 8 feet long. This was going to be excellent for cleaning cat hair off my couch. The hose is NOT 8 feet long. It is only at best 3 feet usefulness before the vacuum tips over.

Picks up all the pet hair and the bush stays free of pet hair. Beat vacuum we have ever own. the lift off is great to do stairs and easy to use. We are very pleased with the proformance of this vacuum. Will with the price!

If you want a good vaccum for dog hair, look elsewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a St Bernard that sheds like crazy. We need to vaccum every other day. The idea of this vacuum avoiding hair wrap is a joke. I vacuumed twice after getting it and had to take the bottom apart to clean out the dog hair. I debated returning it but decided to use it in less traveled dog areas. If yoy want a vacuum that is good for heavy shedding dogs, this is NOT it. Also doesn't pick up on hardwood well at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not rave about this enough! I recently bought a house and it has very dense carpet. I can not believe how much this vacuum is able to pull up! Works on cat hair, litter and all my husbands messes! We foster so we have anywhere from 3-12 cats in the house so keeping it clean smelling takes effort but this has been a game changer. Love the attachments for cleaning corners of the room. #sweepstakes

I would buy this product again.

I'm very happy with this vacuum. It cleans like it's supposed to. Actually makes cleaning kind of fun. Lights are actually useful not just a decoration. Only bad mark is it doesn't fit under the bed, but not many uprights will. Still a great vacuum.

This vacuum works very well on new area rugs and on floor between them. Great at picking up dog hair. The lift off portion is heavier than expected but still very manageable
