Would RecommendAs a dog mom, this line of vacuums are great for cleaning up dog hair and, given we live in the woods, the general dust and dirt. This is my second vacuum from the pet hair eraser line. I would give this one 5 stars, but was disappointed by the turbo rush pivot tool. It just doesn’t dig into and clean carpeted stairs the same way the turbo eraser did. Otherwise, love it!

Great vacuum, but pieces get clogged
Would RecommendI love this vacuum but the pet eraser attachment for the hose and the brush itself gets easily clogged withy pets hair. Unfortunately since the pieces don't come apart, I've had to replace them all as they stop working and smell like burnt hair. I've stopped using this on carpet and only on hard wood and low pile rugs. It's doing much better with not clogging as fast.

It's not bad
I would rate the suction power as average. It takes about 3 passes to get visible pieces of dirt, which is reasonable, but average in my mind. One thing that drives me mental is that it snaps into the upright lock extremely easily and I find that I frequently have to step on the front and pull the handle back to unlock it while vacuuming. Would RecommendWorks wonderful - we have 21 dogs and have dog hair everywhere on our hardwood floors. We found that running the brush roller even on the hardwood works better with the amount of fur we have.
