It's a little cringy, but the canister was half full when I finished - but YAY Bissell for a great product! We have two cats and I thought the old vac was doing an okay job. Nope. Just ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum primary because it was designed for households with pets. But the rotating brush is not as powerful, and perhaps the suction is not as strong. Because small pieces of debris get caught between the rollar and the top plastic cover that I can't remove. I've had sharks vacuums (for pets)up to this point and that didn't happen so I was disappointed with the purchase.

So fresh n so clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great vacuum. I have 4 dogs. All with different hair types and this vacuum picks up all the hair. The only thing I would change is adding an auto cord rewind. (My other vac had it and I miss it.) I would also like a brush attachment. Other than that. Love it.

Not great for using it on the wand

The 2 in 1 tool is useless unless you're vacume straight up. It can not fit under the couch, and when it does fit under anything the wand can only be used in a sideways direction. Which doesn't pick up well at all. It does work great as a vacume cleaner and the rolling brush doesn't clog. But if you're pets hair goes anywhere but on the rug I'd suggest a different machine. Don't understand why this brand can't make a swivell brush attachment.

WOW! I love it

I just got my vacuum on Friday and I just used it today. The assembly was really easy and simply. I cleaned our wooden floors and got excited because the vacuum picked up the litter. I have allergies and one of them is pet dander and I was so shocked by how much pet hair I had in the house. I have carpet upstairs in the hallway and my bedroom so this was one of the reasons I bought it. I cleaned the vents so I can breathe better and I can feel the difference as I type this.

Splurge if you have pets

Tried to upload a photo but wouldn't take. We have long haired cats and a couple dogs. It does pick up a LOT of hair. But a LOT of hair stayed in the brush roller after just vacuuming 2x, & wouldn't release as stated it should even after going over a low pile & bare floor as instructions state to do. It would not pick up scattered litter off bare floor. I didn't realize how much I like my previous vacuum with edge cleaning & how much I hate having to empty a bagless container in the garage becau...

I would purchase this again and please do not discontinue

Use it most every day actually in the living room/dining room combination have a Australian Cattle Dog=Hair! Have one upstairs and downstairs to use on all carpet, furniture, vents, everywhere there is dust or hair. Light weight, easy to carry, very easy to clean.

Disappointed

I was expecting more from Bissell, since I really like my other Bissell products. Thought I would try a vacuum to replace my old Hoover one. My old one picked up more dirt and hair after I used this one. However, I do like that the product is light weight and easy to maneuver

I would not buy this product again

I bought this vacuum on April 22, 2024. It died in mid November of 2024. The brush roll "seized up" and stopped spinning when vacuuming a low rug (with lights flashing on the base). Wait for awhile, try again and it works for a minute until it seizes up again. Disappointed.

Good but not perfect

This model doesn't clean up the fine dust on bare floors. Good on area rugs and rugs with fringe and tassels.

Pet hair great, house cleaning poor

After three days of use I can say it does a good job of picking up dog hair. It does a lousy job of picking up dust and dander. You have to go over and over the area and sometimes it still does not pick it up. I am sorry I purchased this vacuum.
