Great fur finder!

This sweeper is great! It pulls up the hair from my Rottweiler!

Suction is goid

It is awkward to use not having a retractable cord is a major problem, but the suction is very good and it does pick up the hair

Must have vacuum when you want clean.

We have three fur babies. Husky and Husky mix. So we have a lot of dog hair all year round. When the blow their winter coat. I can keep up with it with Pet Hair Eraser. The can fills up fast in our home. Sometimes I need to vacuum twice a day. We have wood floors and rugs it works great on all surfaces. I love the fact I can detach the wand from vacuum. Works great on our furry furniture. We have a lot Bissell of products in our home for cleaning. They work and last.

Not worth it

Brush not low enough and suction is poor so bare floors basically never get clean and yes, I have the brush on its lowest setting. Hair eraser tool is good at removing hair from furniture but it is extremely loud and gets tangled easily. Tube is not long enough for basically anything, stretching it even the slightest amount causes the vacuum to fall over. I should not have to hold the vacuum in place the entire time I vacuum my couch - so inconvenient and cumbersome! I wish the wand was collapsi...

I have used Bissell for years and in the past have sworn they were the Best!! But this Model cost more and is Not worth your money. I’m Highly Disappointed!!!!! I own a cleaning business, I go through vacuumes every 4-6 months. I hope you read this, please don’t waste your money!!!!

Not what I expected.

Honestly, I had such high hopes for this vacuum. I was replacing my Shark vacuum due to the fact the new ones are practically uncleanable (brush). This one seems like you are able to clean out the brush (roller head) and maintain the vacuum much better. I mainly have hardwood floors, and dog hair is my main issue so I spent the extra money and got the pet version. Feels chintzier and weaker than our old pet turbo vaccuum that broke. Doesn't pick up the dander as well.

I only buy Bissell products because I’ve seen firsthand how they support animal rescues/welfare. This is my latest purchase and I truly love this vacuum! Not only is it a great vacuum, but the light and lift-off features are things I didn’t know I really needed. If you ever have a focus group, please consider including me. I have a few ideas . . .

Bissell takes care of customers !

1600 square foot ranch. Carpet, hardwood and tile and Bissell handles all surfaces with ease. Vacuum is easy to maneuver and quiet. We love it!

9 years old and going strong!

My Pet Hair eraser vac is almost 9 years old and it works as well today as it did when I bought it new. As the Dog Mom to a 6 year old white lab and soon to be 8 weeks old lab puppy, I need all of the help I can get wrangling all of that fur. This vac does the job.

Say Bye-Bye to fur

I had this vacuum for about 6 months a year ago( before my ex stole it) and of all vacuums I have owned, this one is phenomenal. I have 2 dogs one of which is part Australian Shepherd so shes got a ton of fur and a double coat and sheds like a maniac. This vacuum was a dream and I have not been able to find anything that comes close to it. So sadly my home is covered in fur no matter how much i vacuum. Needless to say I whole-heartedly reccommend getting this one. you will not regret it.

Amazing vacuum with a great set of attachments

Yes I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the lift off system, makes it much easier to do steps, walls and furniture, super cool. I've owned 3 Dyson vacuums and this is easier to use and cost me less. Switching to the Bissell was best move I made in a long time.

Golden retriever-1, Pet Hair Eraser- 0

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one use, I can tell this vacuum is no match for my golden retriever in shedding season. There's already a significant amount of fur wrapped around the roller in a place where I can't pull it out, and it's not constructed in a way where I can easily pop off parts like other vacuums I've owned.

I would definitely buy another one and recommend my friends
