3rd use: falling apart and beginning to tangle
We have used this vacuum three time and while I was amazed at its ability to pick up dog hair from our carpets, I am not sure its going to last very long. During my last use I noticed a black circle roll out from under the base, it caught my eye becuase I have nothing in my home that would have such a piece. Great vacuum, but pieces get clogged
I love this vacuum but the pet eraser attachment for the hose and the brush itself gets easily clogged withy pets hair. Unfortunately since the pieces don't come apart, I've had to replace them all as they stop working and smell like burnt hair. I've stopped using this on carpet and only on hard wood and low pile rugs. It's doing much better with not clogging as fast.
