not quite as powerful as the plug in model, but so much more convenient. takes a bit longer to use than my previous plug in model due to the smaller brush size. happy customer regardless. we love our bissell products.

Cleans well, good battery life, pilot light

The CrossWave Cordless Wet/Dry Stick Vacuum by Bissell is a pretty good vacuum for what it is. The good: it has good suction, the pilot light in front is really helpful to see dust and debris, it does work on hard floors and carpets, battery lasts a good while, spare filter included, samples of washing solutions included, and it “self cleans” (though good amount of input is needed from the user once cleaning is over :-) ) The not so good: the unit feels on the heavier side compared to competitor...

Amazing product. Amazing results

I am excited about this new Bissell Crosswave. I had new ceramic tile installed in the kitchen and I wasn't disappointed in how the cleaner worked. Putting it together was easy. The directions were clear. It came with 2 small bottles of soap and was very easy to use and the results were amazing. Cleaning it after took a bit of time but I think it was because it was the first time doing it

Amazing wet/dry vacuum!

This is pretty amazing! I love that there is no cord to deal with when cleaning. It does a good job on vacuuming and cleaning our hard floors. We have dogs and it sucked the dog hair right up with no issues. It is nice and compact and easy to carry to other areas of the house like the bathroom.

Clean Floor!

Cleaner was very easy to assemble (basically, just insert the handle and plug in the charger) and start using. I did my whole house on one charge, without having to refill the cleaner or empty the dirty water jug. My other cleaners are just a regular vacuum cleaner, and a Swiffer. I had vacuumed my floor before using the Crosswave Vac, and the Crosswave got up a lot more (stuff I hadn't seen before plus stuff like footprints by the door that aren't "loose" dirt) than the vacuum alone could. ...

Great Machine works really good!

Got this in and actually really do like it. My daughter happened to be up with her dog and was able to test it out. Only issue is that I feel like it could use some type of scrubbing pad for the tougher dirt. All in all worked very well

Not what I was hoping for

The water tank is small. I have to refill it 1-2 times during cleaning. You can’t control how much water/solution is used, it releases solution when you push away and suctions when you pull the cleaner back toward you, mine seems to release way too much water, floors are soaked and it starts to streak soap and doesn’t suction it all back up.

Awesome and super easy to clean for next round.

We really like this. Wet dry mops always seem to get moldy over time. Really like what the designers of this came up with. The clean out prosses is super cool. Just rinse out your canisters fill water tank to fill line then place back on charging dock and press clean out button. Cleaning mop gets blasted with clean water to rinse. Then take out mop and put in drying location on docking station.

Works fine for daily cleaning, but doesn't really work for tough and sticky spots, including cat messes. Battery appears to last long enough to fill the waste tank approximately 3 times. The cleaner that comes with it does smell good, and does seem to retain the fresh smell for a while.

Definitely worth the buy

As a household with 2 dogs we have a lot of dog hair around our house, both short and long coats. Plus a drooly boy. This thing is amazing. I got this after bringing my previous Crosswave to an Airbnb without dogs, and I think I made the right choice. It's so much lighter and quieter, and easier to clean thanks to the little guard thing in the wet tank that keeps the solids away from the liquid. Cut my cleaning time in HALF!

The wet-dry packs a serious one-two punch! Does not get up water

I got this product thinking it was going to be better then the cordless max but it's isn't I am displeased with the product sucks up water when I move it forward but not when I moved it back suction only works when moving forwards found out it a flaw with the design of the machine

I love this floor cleaner!

I absolutely love this floor cleaner! I received this product as part of a promotion and expected that there would be a sacrifice on quality in order to have as many features as it does. Fantastic compact floor cleaning tool!

I love this wet-vac! I have never owned a wet-vac so this was a new experience to me. Previously, I've been a broom and mop cleaner for hard floors at home but I am so happy to have this new device! Fantastic for homes with children and pets!

I don't know how they did it, but in a house with 3 long haired girls and a dog, the brush has never tangled! I received this wet-dry vac through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I was blown away by how well it cleans and how easy it is to use.
