Good, but mixed results

This is a nice unit that I personally had mixed results with. For example, using it on hardwood was a blessing. It did a wonderful job cleaning the floors. Our hardwood floors had never been so clean after using it, so I was hoping for similar results with the tile. This is where the mixed results come in. Love this cleaner

Is it wierd to say you love a floor cleaner? Well I do. This machine makes my life easier. Best part is it doesn't take up a lot of space. Actually best part is the self cleaning function. Its easy to use, easy to clean. We have 2 dogs, a cat and this cleans our hard wood floors fast.

LOVE this Vacuum

If you really want an all in one, hardwood/tile cleaner this is the one! I have been using steamers, wet jets and various other mop style devices for years and figured this might be a good purchase... I was not wrong. Everything is laid out perfectly from the filling, cleaning to charging. It is simple to use and the results are top notch. The charge lasts long enough for me to clean over 1700ft of tile floors but I have not tested anything longer. I could not be more thrilled with this vacuum....

Wet/Dry Vacuum

So far works great on our floors with two dogs tracking in foot prints from the morning dew or after a rain. Light weight and easy to put together and operate.

Where Have You Been All My Life?

Good machine. Not perfect, but a nice addition

Easy to set up, easy to use. Clean up of the machine after using is a bit of a mess, but manageable. A couple of things I've noticed. The light is awesome. I have a cordless vacuum with a light and have grown to love it. This is no different. When cleaning the floor up against the wall or other solid vertical surface it leaves a 1" dry gap where the roller can't reach. Lightweight but doesn’t clean thoroughly enough

This machine is lightweight but the tradeoff is it doesn’t clean very thoroughly and doesn’t allow for manual pressure downward to clean difficult areas. This is okay for someone who wants to quickly but not necessarily thoroughly clean hard floors and rugs. I appreciate that this can be used on hardwood and rugs, but if you’ve got carpet stains, this probably isn’t going to get it done. Great for fast mop job

I didn't think I would like this but, I really do. its light weight and less hassle then a real mop. I have linoleum floors, I don't think it would to a great job on grout lines. but it works great on linoleum. With 3 animals its a great fast cleanup after they make a mess. Perfect replacement for standard mop

This is an excellent mop replacement. Very easy to use and easy to setup. No need to wring out a dirty mop anymore. I am able to do the entire house on a single charge. The wooden floors look great.

The best upgrade!

This was the best upgrade I've done for my home in several years! I was using an old Hoover that I had bought over 10 years ago. It wasn't cleaning well and was making a weird whirring noise. I knew it was time for a new vacuum. This crosswave not only vacuums, but mops too! This saves me so much time and effort.

Eh it’s okay

Product arrived in good condition, easily assembled. Used on kitchen floor and was expecting more. I followed the instructions for filling the tank with water and included cleaning solution and had to go over the floor twice and used entire tank on a 10x15 floor. The battery which was fully charged was too weak after that small room that is couldn’t complete the self clean that is supposed to be done after each use. This is a very lightweight, easy go handle stick vacuum. Enough power to get the job done. It takes little storage space, and not long to charge. I recommend for older people with strength problems

Bissell Crosswave Omnifind Vacuum & Mop

I love the fact that I can vacuum and mop at the same time, what a time saver. It was quick and easy to setup and the battery does last longer than the expected 25 minute run time. Omni Hard Floor Cleaner.

I got the Omni floor cleaner to make it easier to obtain a sparkling clean hard floor surface. The machine is well made and is easy to use as it is battery operated and cordless. It is very efficient and really cleans the hard surface vinyl and tile floors in my home. This product would be very useful in homes with a lot of LVP, vinyl, and tile flooring. I did notice an unpleasant odor fom the machine after charging and assembly. I stored it in the garage and hopefully the smell is gone now.

This is one of the best product i have utilized in a very very long time. I would highly recommend. I have hardwood floor and it cleaned it beautifully.

Clean sweep

This is an excellent cleaning machine. I appreciate the versatility of cleaning hard floors and carpet. The only drawback is the initial charging time for the initial use.

Nice tool if you have time

I feel like this does a nice job on messes that just occurred (especially on floors) so it needs to be used daily; however, the process to take it all apart and clean and dry is a bit involved, so I will be hesitant to use this over something like an unpowered option that has a sprayer. I will definitely use it as it gives the floor a nice clean, but it’s not powering through stuck on messes and it takes a bit of time to clean up. Amazing for my pets

I ordered this cleaner to help with my hardwood floors and my dog fur in the house. Overall I was very impressed. I hand already swept and vacuumed the floors prior to starting but I was surprised on how much the mop function picked up afterwards. There was a lot of grim, fur and dirt in the collection bin when done which indicates how efficient the vacuum performs.
