My visit to Lowe's was by far a great one the employees were so curtis and had the most friendly attitude.

Not worth the price!

I use this vacuum on both carpet and hardwood floors. It doesn't pick up all the dirt off the carpet even with multiple passes. It doesn't get close to the edge of the wall from the front or the side so at least 1 inch is left dirty and dry. It will leave dirt/dust clumps as you are mopping. It is nice that you can vacuum and mop at the same time but often leaves dirty streaks on the floor. I wanted to replace another vacuum but now I have to use both so it hasn't made cleaning any easier! I wis...

NOT GOOD FOR WET CLEANING AT ALL !!

I used to have the crosswave petpro the purple one. And I MISS IT. I had it for almost 5 years and donated it when I moved states. Target only had this one and it just doesn't do as well. So disappointed. Sure the light shows every pet hair. But it doesn't always pick it up. I literally kill the battery trying to do all the floors because I have to go over them so many times. I have a German shepherd. Also I have to sweep before I even use it because it doesn't do under cabinets well or corners ...

Mopping Made Easy

We have a vinyl floor and needed something other than a push mop to clean it. This Bissel powered mop is so easy to use and does an excellent job of cleaning.

Not Perfect, But Not Bad!

The Crosswave OmniFind Cordless Wet/Dry Vac did a great job on our carpet and hardwood floors but is a bit lacking on grouted tile floors. We have a dog and this did a pretty good job of cleaning up the dog hair. The fact that is cordless and gets about 20 minutes of run time on a charge is perfect for us as our areas aren't that large.

Love this Crosswave model

I highly recommend this Crosswave OmniFind for pet owners. It sucks up hair and fur like a champ. I love that it's cordless and has headlights to find all the fur on the floor. My biggest selling point was the cordless feature the quiet operation and the headlights. I use it everyday.

A Game Changer for Pet Owners with Hard Floors

The Crosswave will leave your floor looking shining and spotless and feeling brand new. It is more comparable to getting on your hands and knees and scrubbing the floor than using a traditional mop and bucket, which just pushes the dirt around. Time and effort Saver

I was so amazed at how this machine saved me time and effort. So lightweight to push. I used it on hardwood, laminate, and tile. It cleaned sticky spots. Cordless. Clean water and solution in the back. Front container will collect dirty water. I would sweep first but it also trapped loose lint, etc. I'm about to throw away all my other mops.

Great little wet/dry vacuum

This is a nice, lightweight, easy to use wet/dry vacuum. Assembly was a breeze, although it took a while to charge so we could use it. But the cordless feature makes it easy to maneuver and bring throughout the house as needed. It works great dry picking up my dog's hair. Works well on my tile floors in place of mopping. Relatively easy to set up and then clean after wet use. Haven't tried on the area rug yet, but hopeful since it has worked well elsewhere so far.

I needed this!

This is what my 3-cat house has been missing! I did not pre-vacuum before trying this out and was appalled at the amount of cat hair on my floor. Strands that I haven't been seeing with my other vacuum, but the headlight on the Bissell highlights all the nastiness. The machine does miss getting close to walls and furniture legs, etc. and does not go flat enough to fit under furniture. But overall is a significant improvement over my previous tools and will improve my cleaning habits.

Design Problems - More Effort than Convenience

As a foster of large dogs, I was excited to try this product. Very Disappointed! 1) Con: Bissell's cleaning formula indicates there's a small & large job water & formula fill marks on clean water tank. The tank is missing the small job water/formula fill marks, see pic 1; 2) Con: Despite having more than the minimum clean water required for the "clean-out" cycle, the machine quit running b/c it thinks the "dirty water tank is full." Good, but mixed results

This is a nice unit that I personally had mixed results with. For example, using it on hardwood was a blessing. It did a wonderful job cleaning the floors. Our hardwood floors had never been so clean after using it, so I was hoping for similar results with the tile. This is where the mixed results come in. I can clean the tile better with a mop because I can put pressure where it is needed. Also, the spinning wheel doesn't seem to get into the tile grout spaces very well so it leaves a lot to be...
